Cayd was my technician. Very respectful and well-mannered. I had a simple object clog in my basement bathroom sink. Only took him 15-20 minutes to clear it out.
My only issue was the price for a 15 minute job. 406$ flat rate seemed expensive. The tech gave 50$ off but still seemed high. Spoke to Corporate and was able to get down to a reasonable price. They mentioned that jobs typically take a long time and the flat rate makes sense. However when jobs are quick fixes they have a discretionary discount which I appreciated. Will use Roto again!

Nothing worse than issues on a Sunday! Chris was here in under 30 minutes! Impressive. Had major issues but he stuck with it until the job was done! Highly recommend!

Basement flooded and once I figured out why, Roto-Rooter was at my house in less than an hour. Holland and Mason were incredibly polite kind and respectful, did their job very well!!!

Robert did a great job getting our drain cleared of the blockage. Answered my questions 4 stars cause they were late on when they were supposed to be there. Overall a good experience.

We had a fantastic experience! Caydn was awesome. We were his last stop on a Friday night and he wasn’t in a hurry or rushed. Hung out and waited for a washer load to run just to make sure it didn’t back up. Very thankful for his work!

McIntosh Plumbing was able to quickly, efficiently, and cleanly replace all of the plumbing in the my home in a single day. They were incredibly kind and responsive while at the job site, asking for my preferences, and anticipating future needs by installing rough-ins where they weren't prior. Before leaving, they pressure tested and inspected everything thoroughly. It was a very good experience, and I'll be using them again. Shoutout to Mario and the crew! Ya'll did great! 👍

Im terrible at reviews but better late than never! I called after i had broke the cartridge in my shower handle and couldnt get the old one out to install the new set. Due to the valve breaking open the water had to be shut off for the entire house. I called and they told me they could be here the next day in the afternoon and i was ok with that. An hour later i got a call that they had a guy free and he could come take a look right away, i was so happy to not have to wait another day. Upon arrival i showed them the problem (i had anew handle already and the holes cut in the wall) and he said 1-2 hours and we should be good. I had another DYI repair on the shower faucet and he offered to replace the pipe and install the new faucet as well, he didnt think it would add much to the time needed and he was right!! a few hours of labor and a few bucks in parts and it looked brand new, i should've called these guys way sooner and next time i decide to "fix" something myself i might just being calling them before i make it worse!

Great job, quick and efficient. In and out in less than an hour. Was surprised when they drove away without letting me know they were leaving, but I assume I'll be receiving a bill by email.

Showed up within 20 minutes of my emergency call. Timely, professional, kept everything very clean. Went above and beyond in explaining my issues and showed me the camera feed of my drainage issues.

Drew arrived on time with shoe covers to protect the carpet and went immediately to work. He explained the service requirements and afterwards he demonstrated the extent of the repair and the condition of the water heater.

Jason and his team are outstanding! Needed sewer line replaced from house to street and work was done in a day. The crew did a great job! Also had a hose bib replaced and Drew was done quickly and left everything clean! Excellent communication and friendly and competent service! Great people and company!

Jerry was polite, professional and knowledgeable about all things related to plumbing! Thank you McIntosh for sending him. It’s great to have him in Council Bluffs. Thanks again

McIntosh are decent honest fair and pleasant very great company Ang great owner who really cares about customers . Highly rated as they are excellent and responsive 👏 owner Jason is excellent and they really care about their customers and you can rely on them in a crisis or when a problem happens at your home or business caused by factor outside of your control or construction or other accidents .

These guys are amazing! Very professional, highly skilled, and were able to complete a very tough job that the first company I hired was unable to do (old house, old pipes). I highly recommend McIntosh Plumbing! Only plumbers I will use in the future!
