Great service, he was there fast and it didn’t take him long to get the lint ball out of the drain. Only thing I should have done is ask how much they charge a hour. Just know before you book them for an appointment.

Professional, friendly, and quality service. You can’t ask for a better experience. Our water heater wasn’t working and McIntosh Plumbing came to the rescue within an hour to resolve the issue and make repairs. I will definitely recommend them to friends, family, and co-workers.

We have used this company a few times and they never let us down. I wouldn’t consider any other company no matter what!! Jerry hooked up our new bathroom faucets and the guy is phenomenal!! Pleasant, efficient, and has a great sense of humor!! He went above and beyond with the installation and then our two toilets that we hadn’t even noticed there was an issue. I would recommend McIntosh and Jerry for sure with any plumbing needs.

My water heater failed yesterday, I called McIntosh mid day. They scheduled me the next day and installed a new one by noon! Quick clean efficient service, I couldnt be happier. I will use McIntosh for all my plumbing needs from this point on.

We were happy with the work and service that was done by the plumbers. We were set back or shocked when we received the bill. We searched for plumbers through the BBB to get estimates for our shower. When we heard from McIntosh we canceled the other contractors. McIntosh was going to be able to come sooner and the price looked good. The bill came in over $1000.00 dollars and we were told it could be done with just a regular service call be about $250 to $300 dollars.

Jeff the technician at McIntosh Plumbing did a great job. He examined first for repairs vs replacement, and confirmed the garbage disposal needed replacement but the toilet did not. He then did the replacement and drain cleaning professionally and cleaned the work area cleaner than it was before he started! I was very pleased with the quality of the work for the price paid. I highly recommend McIntosh Plumbing

When there is a problem that needs immediate attention, Jason will take the time to address it personally and promptly! When scheduling, they arrive on time and their work is top notch! They won’t try to upsell you on a job; giving you honest and affordable pricing.

Drew did a great and thorough job on his install and cleaned up everything before leaving. And did it much quicker then the estimated time. He gets a 5 star.
Just advise to get the “approximate “ service/labor price in a email or text prior to scheduling. Seems to end up at much higher price once completed. But that’s not a installer issue; thats a office/estimator issue.

Had our old water heater replaced with a tankless one. Jason came out first to look over everything and was very professional and answered all our questions. The guys came out the next day and was very professional and did a great job on our installation.

Quality work done in a timely fashion on adding a bathroom in my attic addition. Technicians were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient with all of my questions.

We purchased 3 Gerber brand toilets from McIntosh Plumbing. This is our first experience with McIntosh and we couldn’t be happier! Quick service, on time and great to work with! Drew was awesome! We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs!

We had an old hot water heater taken out and a new tankless installed. Great Company very nice employees we had Jerry the manager and Brady come out and look at what we needed and then Drew and Nick came and did the Work very nice gentleman worked the whole time never took a break. Cleaned up didn’t leave a mess. Very knowledgeable we asked questions and they answered!! Highly recommended!!

Had a plugged downspout that went into a tile under my lawn. I worked for hours on it and hired another worker to unplug it. Both of us failed. Viper pulled a large amount of Christmas lights out and had water flowing within an hour. Very fair price.

They were fast, efficient, available, and not too pricey. They fixed my toilet that was leaking into my basement whenever it flushed as well as replacing a pipe to my shower. They didn't try and pull the wool over me and my wife's eyes to try and get us to spend more or buy more products like Burton AC tried to do. I was significantly happy with them and will likely continue with them in the future

This is the best plumbing company I have ever used. They were prompt, professional and thorough. They were honest and forthcoming even about the "not so great" news. They did everything they could to do the least invasive, least expensive route and were successful. If you want the best and don't want to have to worry about getting multiple opinions, just choose Viper. They'll take great care of you.

Dana was great. He did a excellent job. He explained all the pros and cons that could happen if certain things went wrong when your dealing with the way the pee trap had been installed. This is the kind of plumber we all need. So we know what could happen. Thank you. I give him a 10

Solid experience! Plumber was knowledgeable and explained in detail what would happen and may happen. End result is exactly what we needed! Free flowing water in our drains! For sure will use again and recommend to anyone who needs a reliable plumbing company!
