I am very pleased with the work the technician used to get my hot water heater working again. He was very thorough and conscientious about the repair and will follow up with me on Monday to exchange the currently installed part with the exact model part designed for the unit. I am very confident in the work that was done and I'm sure the followup will be excellent as well.

His communication skills were excellent as well, I have a very good understanding of what needed to be done now and what options are available to me as I go forward.

I continue to be pleased with the work that was done, going the extra mile to see that my new instillation works properly. He did everything possible to acquire the proper part to fix my old unit, but because it was over 25 years old, I decided it was time to purchase a new water heater. It was time and I'm glad I chose Home Run Plumbing to do the job for me!

Update (12/13/2024)

The technician was unable to get to me Thursday afternoon but he called to ask me if I was willing to wait till Friday morning to have the work done, to which I agreed.

He tried to clear the water supply lines this morning, which did improve the COLD line but not the HOT. He did everything he could before concluding the faucet itself was likely plugged internally so replacement was probably the best course.

He provided me with several options and picked up the new faucet once I decided which one I wanted. He also installed 3 new shut off valves to be sure nothing was present in the old valves.

I felt he was thorough, efficient, conscientious, and very good about explaining what he was doing and why. I am confident that the work was done right!

These guys are top notch. Helped us out on 2 occasions one was due to a company saying something was wrong with his work so he came out we confirmed his work was good and we got our dishwasher installed and everything works great

Linda was so helpful and understanding, she took my call at 7:30 in the evening and scheduled me for one of the first appointments the next morning! My technician, Zack, was prompt, thorough, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Exceptionally pleased with the results!

I contacted several businesses about a water leak beneath my double wide trailer, but everyone told me they don’t service mobile homes. However, when I called Home Run Plumbing, they confirmed they do service mobile homes. Zack came out and fixed the leak. He was friendly, professional, reliable, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Home Run Plumbing, and if I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Called in the morning and they were at my house that afternoon. Sump pump went out and they replaced within 30 minutes and had fully explained my options. Sean was great to work with. Will definitely use them the next time something comes up.

Called up Home Run, based off of a referral, to schedule an appt. They came out same day, assessed the issue, and got us back in business within a few hours. Sean D did a great job of explaining the issue, going over options, and was all around friendly. If you are looking for someone to do plumbing work, this is thr team for you!

He arrived for the initial appointment to give an estimate and the actual insulation on time. Explained all of the parts of the quote to make sure everything was covered.

He performed the work as needed and was very thorough and clean up after the job. Also answered any and all questions we had about the work they were doing.

Pricing was extremely competitive with others we have gotten quotes for on a similar project.

I had an issue that needed resolved quickly, they did a through check of my plumbing on two separate days and found the issue wasn't on my end which im great full for. They just charged me for the service call fee which was even better. Im happy with thier friendliness, and non aggressive manner. You know the we gonna try to find something wrong so we can charge you an arm and a leg. There was none of that. They came to address one problem and focused on that problem and offered me tips for future u foreseeable problems in the future. I can respect a company like that!

Fantastic experience, or at least as good as it gets when it involves a burst pipe in a wall. Sean was quick and professional, solving the issue and even offering a few solutions that made our water supply lives a bit easier going forward. Can't recommend highly enough.

Technician was nice but scammed me. I’m a senior citizen. He said they didn’t work hourly. Quoted me $1000 for the job of turning my water on and finding any and all leaks. He fixed 2 pipes, then found a couple of other issues. Thought this was included in the quotes as he said there was other stuff included, not listed. To make a long story short, they charged me over $2300 and wanted to come back for an extra $1500
As they hadn’t finished the job. I asked them to leave and said we are done. Called another plumber who finished the job for $267. Home Run Plumbing is a scam artist. They aren’t even licensed in Iowa! Do not do business with them. They’re charges are a grand slam to the customer!

Only use these guys if you have rich uncle to pay the bill!! Had them come out to my 90 year old mothers house a couple years ago when they were still DEEZ Plumbing to replace the kitchen faucet and they did a great job at a fair price. Had them out again some months ago to fix a leaking toilet (now HR Plumbing) and they rebuilt it but charged a lot. Had them out Friday to reset a toilet where the wax seal was leaking. They did that plus sold her new shut off, and a minor tank rebuild neither of which she needed. The bill was $863.49 - to replace a wax ring! Ridiculous!!!
