Can’t say enough great things! Our town had a massive storm and several of our buildings had a lot of roof damage. We made one call to our insurance company, and one call to Big Roofing. Steve took care of everything every step of the way-from meeting with the insurance adjuster, the insurance company claim, all the way to clean up. We were able to be hands off for nearly everything. Having someone like that makes a stressful situation A LOT more manageable. 10 out of 10!

We had an incredible experience with Big Roofing! Their project manager Jeremiah came out to inspect our roof and went above and beyond. They identified some exposed nail heads and even took the time to caulk them right there on the spot. What really stood out was their honesty—no sales pitch, no pressure, just a genuine professional doing the right thing.

A piece of our roof’s fascia had been bent up by wind and Matt with Big Roofing came out and fixed it just a few days after I had reached out. We also were not charged for the fix which was greatly appreciated! I would absolutely recommend this company for their efficiency, honesty, and quality.

Dave was great to work with! Insurance (FB) was adamant that our roof was “in good shape” Dave came out and provided evidence to insurance that a replacement was needed. Insurance inevitably covered it because Dave was persistent and professional with his findings! Dave even came back out with the roller magnet and went over my yard to get any stray nails that may have fallen in my yard! Cannot say enough great things about Big Roofing!

Matt came out the same day that I called and did a preliminary inspection on the roof. He handled the claim with the insurance company and in the end they paid for a full replacement. Big roofing and Matt made the process stress free.

Steve was great to work with he really went to bat for us with our insurance company to make sure we were taken care of. He had a great crew of men and women that cleaned up after themselves everyday and worked long nights to get the job done in quickly. I have worked with Steve on two projects and each time it was a great experience.

From the first phone call to the final walk thru, JD was professional and kind. No hard sell. I'm extremely happy with the 2 windows and doors I had installed. The installers were efficient and paid attention to detail. Their clean up was outstanding. My first contact with BIG was early March and install was completed 5/1. Had a deck taken out with a new concrete entryway done. With that, found some siding wasn’t installed because of the deck. Matt came out promptly to look it over to see what it needed and at a reasonable cost. Matt communicated well and got the section repaired as quickly as possible with his schedule. Thanks Matt!

BIG Roofing did a great job of putting a new roof on the house. All costs made clear. We had some bad underlayment that was replaced. Cleanup was excellent. Steve is honest and great to work with. Crew was highly skilled and respectful. We're glad we hired BIG roofing.

We had a great experience with Big Roofings Dave Weaver. We had difficulty finding the cause of a leak that was letting water in through a can light in the kitchen ceiling. Dave identified the area and completed the repair right away. We haven't had any leaks since. Dave was great to work with.
