Horrible service, couldn't be worse. They leave puddles of grease, bend fry warmers & leave equipment unplugged. Transfer your meats to the walk in before having these zombies clean your hoods.

Two years ago they were good, no problems, on time and work done right. Now, they don't show and no call. Left me sitting, after hours, waiting. I was told they recently got new owners, this is a bad way to start things off.

We recently had our hood cleaned, Alex, Dylan and Jared did an amazing job. They were very thorough.

Had used once before and service was ok, so had decided to let them have another go. That time, the vents were left unclean plus the exhaust fan and other items were broken. After that, they tried to charge for a "full clean" of the 10 foot by 5 foot hood. Tried to handle the problems I had with the service by engaging the day of, but was blown off. Hoodz then charged a card on file from a previous job for that day after I had stated that I was unhappy and that there needed to be a discussion as to what was left behind before payment for the work. After trying to talk to them and find an option to remedy the situation; I was forced to dispute the charge as they were unwilling to deal with the problem. They have now escalated it again by having their corporate office call and threaten $10K in legal action if I don't comply and pay $1500 to them for destructive practices and not cleaning the hood vents. We had a secondary company come out and they were able to clean the entire hood and filters without a problem and have had zero issues with our vent system since changing companies.

The price is great for whole house carpet cleaning. Service is always top-notch !!!

Bernie cleaned our couch and it looked brand new when he was done! The couch is our dogs favorite place to be and when Bernie finished you couldn’t tell where the dog had been sleeping!
