They were on time to clean the entire office floor, and finished on time! Being in Construction, our office floor gets pretty bad. We liked the service enough to sign up for quarterly cleanings!! I highly recommend Terri and her team of dedicated professionals!

There was some miscommunication and my rug was not delivered when I was promised but the owner called me PERSONALLY and apologized for the mixup and is sending me a gift card! TOTALLY made it right!! You dont see that kind of customer service or care these days! Will definately be using them again!

Fabulous to deal with. Friendly, professional, made it very easy. Had a white rug - very large and heavy - and they did a fantastic job.

They did a good job cleaning the carpets. The technician was on time, respectful, responsive to our questions, and the carpets looked great at the end. My only concern was that when she said she was done, I asked if the protectant had been put on because I had not seen her spray anything on the carpets. She didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and had to call her office. After talking with them, she discovered that the protectant wasn’t in her van and she had to go get it. This is the first time my daughter has had carpets cleaned and if I hadn’t been there to ask that question, she wouldn’t have known that the job wasn’t really done. She would have assumed that the four steps the website lists for their process had been done.

Springer must only hire the best technicians! Bernie D. was the best at carpet cleaning, and he gave tips we can use in the future.

Amanda did a very good job of cleaning my carpets. A high traffic area between the dining area and the kitchen could have used a little more attention, and she did offer to come back and take care of it. I was pleased.

Bernie is a miracle worker and easily one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. He was such a joy to talk to in the midst of moving stress and craziness. He was very knowledgeable and got straight to work. I wish we would’ve called and used the service sooner.

Danny worked with us to get our office carpets cleaned. He was prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job! I signed up to do a quarterly cleaning with them because they are super easy to work with.

Side note, I ran into Danny during a lunch in Ankeny and he asked how the carpets were doing and I had mentioned someone had tracked mud on the freshly cleaned carpets already - obviously not his fault. He literally got into his work van and met me at my office to clean the stained areas as part of my service I signed up for. I can't recommend Danny enough!

First time using Springer and we were very satisfied. We needed an urgent cleaning due to a pool table delivery. We called 5+ Googled company's and had many coupons. Springer worked us in the same day due to the circumstances. Price was equal if not better. The kicker was Bernie, our new carpet guy, he actually had passion and extra work effort.

Wow! The customer service at Springer is AMAZING. KC, Denny, and Bernie are all wonderful, competent, professional. We use the 4x year service that includes FREE pet stain removal whenever we need it (have a puppy) and have enjoyed fewer allergies and house always smells fresh. They clean our area rugs, great price! Tamara (office, scheduler) is totally on top of it, follows up every time and is refreshingly committed to making sure we are happy with the service. Springer is a no-brainer!
