I needed a move-out cleaning of my apartment on a Saturday and checked with another cleaning company but they were short-staffed for the weekend. I found Paragon cleaning online and contacted Jesus. He very professionally and patiently answered all my questions about the services offered and accommodated my request for cleaning on a Saturday. I was happy to know that the company is insured, bonded and have worker's compensation. The cleaner Alejandra did a terrific job cleaning the apartment spick and span and was very fast and efficient. Long story short- the property manager inspected our apartment and commented that it looked really clean for a 5 year tenancy and we would get our entire security deposit back! So thankful to Jesus and the team for doing a great job and enabling us to have a stress-free move-out. Jesus is communicative and down-to-earth and I felt reassured that we were in good hands. Also it's reasonably priced and I would absolutely recommend Paragon to anyone who wants a trusted professional cleaning service. I would not hesitate to hire them for future cleaning of my home.

Paragon has cleaned my house a couple of times, and I had Jesus and his crew do the carpet and windows today in addition to the cleaning. They went above and beyond cleaned the carpet in rooms I hadn’t expected. They saw spots on the carpet and took care of with no additional charge. I definitely recommend them for your cleaning needs. It’s great to come home to a clean house!

Also, we have used several different carpet cleaning services over the years and Paragon is by far the best! They do a super job on cleaning carpets and upholstery- our carpets look almost new when they are done. We have pets and they are able to treat those areas and get rid of any signs of pet spots. I highly recommend Paragon to anyone out there! Also- they are professional and great to work with.

We had Paragon come clean our carpets due to some pet stains and just dirt in general. They did an amazing job our carpet feels and looks new again! We had one spot that resurfaced after cleaning. I called Jesus to see if he had any recommendations on how I could get the stain out myself. He was very quick to offer and come reclean that area. I am beyond impressed with the customer service of the company.

I have used many different cleaning service companies in the past and Paragon is by far the best. Paragon did a fantastic job of deep cleaning my home. In addition, they cleaned my carpets, treating for pet stains, and made them look and smell brand new! I am amazed! They also cleaned all of my floor and shower tiles and grout. The place looks amazing! Paragon is cleaning my home bi-weekly and they continue to do an outstanding job. Jesus truly cares about his clients and employees. He is great to work with by responding quickly and is willing to add an extra cleaning day or reschedule a cleaning if I have a need. The employees are some of the nicest, helpful people I've met. I contacted Paragon to come out to my new home and do a deep cleaning and cleaning of my first and second floors. They arrived promptly, and did a wonderful job of cleaning every area and surface! My husband and I were very impressed at how thorough they completed their work. Would recommend and will use them again in the future! Great company run by even better people! 5 stars!!!

I thought Paragon did a great job once again! We went with Paragon again to clean a used area rug we recently acquired. He explained to me what they found on it (as far as stains we could not see very well and what not) and how they took care of them. The rug looked great!
