I've used Metro Heating a cooling to have my A/C and furnace cleaned and inspected. I've also had them come out and clean and repair my gas fireplace. The staff is always efficient and friendly. Their pricing is very fair, and their quality of work is great. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. My gas fireplace would run for 6 to 9 minutes then would go out. Came in and hooked equipment up seen voltage coming in and gave it a good cleaning inside and voltage improved, cleaned the glass all up. Showed me how to assemble and disassemble to clean the glass. After educating me time had passed and all seemed to be working well. Service man was Paul

I highly recommend Metro Heating &cooling!
I called this afternoon and they had one of there technicians responded within a few hours.
He fixed my issue "plug drain trap" went through my furnace to make sure there were know other issue.
Tyler was very professional and respectful.
I have used Metro on several different occasions in the past.
And they have always treated me right.
My friends and family use these guys and each one was always very satisfied with there service.
Thank you Tyler for getting my heat back so quickly you rock.

They might have been busy, but they made the time to fit me in and I found out why. Chris when he arrived diagnosed the problem with my furnace, he was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and explained to me what the problem was. He fixed the problem and we had heat again. I gave Chris a five star rating, would have given him higher if possible. If you have a HVAC problem call Metro and ask for Chris, I'm sure their other techs are great to, but once you receive the type of service Chris provides it would be hard to top.

These guys are the best!! They stayed with my furnace problem to the Finish, and it took a couple of days to get it thawed out . In good working order, I would highly recommend this company to everyone. They deserve more than five stars.!

Metro Heating and Cooling saved my business from overheating last weekend! They came out within an hour of my call and had the AC back up and running in no time. From the call to the business (extremely helpful and understanding at 3:30pm on a Friday) to meeting with the tech, it was fantastic. I would highly recommend this local business! Have used them with repair and maintenance on my old furnace and air conditioning system when issues came up. They always got me scheduled quickly. When it was time to purchase a new system they had a competitive price and did a great job installing and service for the two years I have had my new furnace and air conditioner.

Our gas fireplace needed to be serviced. I requested an appointment online. They responded and scheduled the service date in a timely manner. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Called at 8am. Phone service helpful and friendly. Service technician was here and gone by 10am, I was up and running again. I think that was pretty quick service. Final bill received by text was easy to pay online and $30 less than ballpark estimate the technician gave me. All questions answered to my satisfaction. Everyone was friendly, helpful and they all made me feel like my issue mattered. Enjoyed a phone chat with Travis afterwards. I do recommend and will use them again for furnace or A/C issues.

Nick was AWESOME!!! I cleaned the flame sensor before I called, but was working from home so I didn't have time to investigate more.
Nick cleaned the burner tubes and got the furnace back in shape! He was courteous, professional, and didn't try to sell me a new furnace even though ours is almost 20 years old.

My technician showed up very promptly and fixed my furnace. The issue with my furnace was that the water hose was not draining and flooded the furnace. He took his time to do the job right taking it all apart and putting it back together again. Great experience and was very professional. Very reasonably priced!

First time using this company and I’m so grateful I found them and called them! We had an emergency where our furnace randomly turned off, I called them at about about 8:40pm and they were going to come out closer to midnight-I understood as it’s late and it’s during these very cold days I’m sure they were booked! They called me 20 minutes later that they would be able to squeeze us in as one technician was closer to our home than the original one that was suppose to come out and they wanted to get our heat fixed as we have 4 little ones! The lady was super nice both times we spoke on the phone and the technician was very professional and friendly as well! He answered questions we had and fixed the problem within 30 minutes! Highly recommend them! Thank you for fixing our heat 😊

Matt came out to clean and provide a check-up on my furnace and a/c. He was courteous and answered my many questions. As a whole, they communicates prior to the appointment to confirm and also called prior to arrival. Metro Heating & Cooling provided great service throughout the process.

Derek was on time and very efficient; he explained the maintenance he performed thoroughly

Erin picked up the call and I could “hear” her smile, she was friendly, explain all options and so helpful. Nick worked on the AC & was great “dumbing it down for me” and was great finding the problem and NEVER pushed for sales, he just explained what was wrong and fixed it. Loved the Metro experience and saved them in my phone for next time. Plus did some shopping around and the “other companies” seem to only want to up-sell me on new everything-ugh but Metro didn’t. Great job all!!!

Hunter installed the bathroom sink faucet plus redid the drain pipe. Nice kid!

They had Nick out to our place in one day. Nick was amazing and handled a few issues for us. He was very professional and has great technical skills, most importantly he wanted to solve our issues. Our Geothermal unit is all tuned up and he even serviced the fireplace that hadn’t worked all season. Thanks again Nick.

Truly Saved the Day

I can’t thank Metro Heating and Cooling enough — especially Matt, the technician who came to the rescue. I called late on a Thursday night during an extreme heatwave (forecasted temps over 98° and a 107° heat index). Another major HVAC company in town — who I have a paid service contract with and who advertises 24/7 emergency service — told me no one could even come out until Monday, four days later.

I called Metro next, and Matt answered on the first ring. He said he could be out the very next morning — and he was. He was friendly, professional, and most of all, honest. He diagnosed the issue clearly, told me what part needed to be ordered, and got the repair done within two business days.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Metro has absolutely earned my future business. Thank you, Matt!
