I recently had Metro Heating and Cooling come out to evaluate my fireplace. Levi was out technician and he did an amazing job of helping us determine what the issue was. Metro communicates very timely and and assures us throughout the repair process. Excellent company for HVAC/fireplace work- they also arrive and repair my moms furnace and have been excellent to work with- can’t go wrong by using them

I obtained several quotes to replace my furnace and air conditioner and specifically wanted the American Standard product line due to their rating "Consumer Reports". Joe Tollari performed the estimating process for Metro Heating and Cooling. I found him to be very knowledgeable in the realm of HVAC. He answered all my questions well and patiently. After reviewing the estimates from the two companies I liked most I decided to go with Metro after a bit of price dickering with Joe. I was impressed with the knowledge and character of all four young men (James, Alex, Michael And Christian) involved with the installation of the new furnace, air conditioner and related equipment installed in my house over two days.

Furnace and HVAC replacement. They were prompt. Kept me informed every step of the way. Once installation was complete they walked me thru how everything worked, how to replace filters etc. Cleaned everything up before leaving. Great job. I would highly recommend Metro Heating and Cooling.

Metro Heating and Cooling was recommended by a Fireplace Store to fix my non-working fireplace. Previous to Metro, I had another serviceman attempting to fix. He spent many hours - finally giving up and leaving it strewn in many pieces in my living area.
I called Metro and within 2 days, Levi and Aiden came to my rescue! In an impressive amount of time they had it fixed, reconstructed and working beautifully.
Not only that, their attention to detail, professionalism, and respect for my space, exceptional! I highly recommend. 👍🏻

I had never used their services before and I heard really good things about them. So I decided to give them a try. I'm really glad I did. He was on time and did a great job diagnosing my issue, fixing it, and keeping it so affordable. I would highly recommend them to help you with any issues you may have with your furnace. I haven't used their services for an AC problem, but believe me should one arise I will. Great job, thank you for everything.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙂

We reached out to Metro Heating And Cooling for a maintenance check on our Aprilaire humidifier and furnace. The two service techs, Nick and Dakota, did an incredible job cleaning both units. They were super helpful and explained all the maintenance steps and what we can do next. Thanks a bunch to Nick and Dakota for their professional and friendly work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

We purchased a $25k+ geo thermal unit from Metro. Lots of issues. Unfortunately for everyone they seem to only have one technician who works on geo thermal.

They seemed professional when they came out and "fixed" our A/C that stayed fixed for less than a week. Then they failed to return phone calls and kept saying they weren't available for times when they were scheduled through a third party. This would be fine, but we weren't given available times. Now they are saying they aren't available for another week. We explained the first time they were out that our ability to cool our home is vital, due to health reasons (both mine and my young infant). They have been unwilling to work with us despite the fact they failed to fix it the first time (and have already been paid). Don't use this service provider. You could end up paying for your system not to work and have that followed by dismissive customer service.
