Alexandra did a great job and left our apartment spotless and tidy!

The job took a little more time than what was originally said, but it was very thorough and professionally done. Was satisfied with their service.

If this is what passes for customer service in 2021, we are failing our youth. Alex has no idea how to run a business, communicate, or behave like a professional adult. Neither does Melvin.

I am a store manager at Finishline and my corporate office called in CPIA Cleaning Services to do a deep cleaning on my 9,000 sq ft store. Let me tell you they did an AMAZING job. Alexandra and Melvin were on-time and sanitized every inch. I really appreciate all your help! Now, my staff and I are ready to get back to work and rock it out. I highly recommend them for any business or residential cleaning you may need. Thank you all so much again, it was very much appreciated.

We just had our first cleaning, which was a deep clean ... and we are so impressed!! Alexandra and her husband both worked on our house, which needed a lot of attention. They were amazing! Every nook and cranny was cleaned, including moving things to get all the accumulated dust and grime wiped away. They cleaned and polished our range hood, which had years of accumulated grease and dust - it looks like new! We have contracted now with them to come on a biweekly basis to keep up with its great shape, and I know they care about the end result. Alexandra also will tackle additional projects (e.g., windows, etc) on an as-needed basis (we did not include this in our standard service, but could have.). She is very friendly and responsible, and willing to work with you to customize her services to the client's particular needs (e.g., she carries both regular and organic cleaning products so you can select what works best for you.). I'm so glad we found C.P.I.A. Cleaning Services, they are just what we needed!

dont trust them. We had a house that we planned a week in advance to get cleaned before closing on it - it is a new construction house. Confirmed the day before the time and they confirmed. Stayed at the house for 6 hours hoping they would show up and wouldn’t answer the phone text or call back and never showed. All I needed was a courtesy saying they couldn’t make it - now I’m in a huge predicament and it’s all their fault. Do not trust them.

I used their handyman services. Melvin was very helpful with my projects. He did a good job and was very responsive. He was here at the time he said he would be. His prices are fair and the final price was exactly what he said it would be. The fence he fixed and the front porch pillar he put back up are better than the original. I will definitely be using his services for future projects. I also used their cleaning services. Alexandra and her coworker did a great job and were very easy to work with. They made sure I was pleased with everything before they left. The house looks great!

We called CPIA for a 'HANDYMAN' quote to repair a wall. First quote came in at $480.
Our company agreed.
2 days later their 'handyman' called and said they miscalculated their quote..and it was NOW $750.00. Because they didn't include cost of baseboard trim? A 61 % increase!! We agreed because this was consistent with other quotes (but wait until you see the final base board trim...hilarious! ROOKIE!).

Then when job was finished, I got a bill for $1007.00!!!
Seems they forgot to mention painting the wall or baseboard trim or, they forgot to charge for cleaning up their mess...I don't know.

Bottom line, The handyman is horribly untalented (see pics of his finished work). Completely sophomoric and laughable...until you have to pay the bill.

Have worked with Rivas Cleaning since I’ve moved to Des Moines and can highly recommend. Great work at a fair price, communicate well and are also very nice people - what more can you ask for?

The level of disrespect the employees have here at the Des Moines location is crazy. It’s like if you’re not Hispanic they feel extremely comfortable talking bad about you and laughing in their language right in your face. (Little tip, just because we don’t look alike doesn’t mean I don’t understand the language)
Imagine thinking you’re going into a professional setting to try and get help on something that you know is wrong, and when you get there they try to speak to you and treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s not my first job, if I’m coming to yall because I know something is wrong on my checks then you should be able to sit down and talk it out with me like a professional, Not send me back and forth and then have everyone at the front desk start talking about me trying to make it seem like I don’t know what’s going on.
You guys are extremely weird here. They need more diversity at the office so other races get the same level of respect, since you guys only feel the need to treat the Hispanics with more patience and ‘respect’ here.
Remember once you’re off work you’re a regular person, you’re not better than anybody. You guys are too grown to be acting so rude in a PROFESSIONAL setting.

They do awesome commercial, construction cleaning!!! Definitely recommend this place!!!! Staff is awesome, all very friendly and complete the job that is asked of them to do!
