I had an excellent experience with Cleaning Connection! After a water leak in my basement, I was in a bit of a panic, but their team was quick to respond and came to my rescue. They handled the water cleanup efficiently and with great care, ensuring everything was properly dried and restored. Additionally, they performed an incredible carpet shampooing job that left my carpets looking great. The team was professional, courteous, and really took the time to address all my concerns. I highly recommend Cleaning Connections for any water damage or carpet cleaning needs. They're dependable and truly go above and beyond!

I recently used this company and had trouble getting in touch with anyone. My calls and messages have not been returned. I also tried reaching out to the owner, but while looking into the company I noticed the “Meet the Team” page on their website appears to use fake names and photos. Has anyone else experienced this or had difficulty reaching someone who is actually in charge?

If I could give a zero star I would. This company is so unprofessional and lacks integrity. There has been more than one occasion that nobody has shown up to clean. We have set days schedule that they seem to not care about at all. Wouldn't even waste your time, energy, or money on this place. -11/10 IN MY BOOKS

We had a bit of a misunderstanding on both sides but Madelynn went above and beyond to make it right and I’m so thankful for that!! We’ve had a house fire and nothings seemed to go right with the whole process so her willingness to go above and beyond meant the world!! Would definitely recommend her!!
