It came time to have my septic tank pumped since moving to our current home. After a bit of research I came across this company and a few others. I went back and forthand eventually gave these folks a call. The were very courtious and helpful in getting a quote for the services requested and scheduling. Despite waiting until last minute to confirm the day of, they were out quick, walked me through signing what was needed and got straight to work. There reception was quick to follow up afterwards to verify how things went and if I had any concerns.

As for the cost, for the pumping alone, the price seemed pretty competitive (450-600) based on what I know others had to pay. You can pay to have them to the digging (85 bucks up to 1 ft/150 an hour after that). There is also a .24 cent per gallon fee (was explained this goes to the state for dumping what and where they pump). Once done they covered everything up pretty nicely.

They also do a Time of Transfer inspections. I think it was 369 (somewhere around there) which we also had done. Was explained that they fill out some forms after the fact, then send it to the DNR/state, then you get it back in the mail.

Overall I was pretty satisfied. Despite it raining (felt bad making them work in the rain) they got things taken care of and filled the holes back rather well.
