These guys are great! I was expecting the worst when I noticed a wet area over my lateral field. Rogers came out assessed the problem and fixed it for under $100...They explained the issue in terms I could understand (not being in the business) , were on time, polite and very professional! A+ service!!

Dennis Flanders was the gentleman that came today to replace our septic pump.
He was excellent and took the time to explain everything. He takes pride in his work and it shows. Highly recommended and will ask for Dennis in the future! Thank you!

I’m new to the area (and to septic), and I had a small issue with my basement bathroom. After reaching out to Rogers Septic, Rick, the owner, called me on his own line. He spent 30 min giving me great tips on how to manage/maintain septic, and helped me diagnose my issue. Rick then sent his best man out to repair/replace one of my pumps in the most timliest and professional manner. After all that, I could not believe the bill was so low.
I don’t usually write reviews, but Rogers Septic deserved a shout out from a new comer in the area.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Amanda, Nick, Brad, and the entire team at Rogers Septic were just AWESOME! They cleaned our septic system in a timely fashion and were very reasonably priced and incredibly personable, friendly and responsive.

I had been scared by a competitor that my whole septic tank needed to be replaced and they were going to charge just shy of $10k. I called Bob's for a second estimate and to my surprise my tank was in good condition and did NOT need to be replaced. I asked what they would have charged if it really needed to be replaced and it would have been $3-4 thousand cheaper! Thank you Roger's Septic!!!

I will never use another company for our septic system. We bought a new house and within a month had a couple issues, they came out and found the issues within minutes. I'm new to septic systems, and they were very understanding and willing to explain things to me. Great company!

Roger's Septic was amazing. They scheduled and completed a DNR inspection on very short notice. Unfortunately the system did need replacement. They gave us multiple options to choose from and completed the work on an even tighter schedule. We would not have made the closing date on our house without yheir extraordinary efforts. Everyone from this company was extrememely helpful.

Denny, the technician, was able to make it out the day after I called. He was very courteous, and knowledgeable. Although his job would qualify for an episode of dirty jobs, I could tell he really cared about the service he provided. He went the extra mile to fix some sloppy work someone had previously done. He was very clear about what he wanted to do and kept me informed off and on throughout the day.

We found out late last week that our septic tank needed replaced before we closed on our house (in 10 days). I talked to Rick on Thursday. He came out first thing Friday morning and gave us a bid that was about $1,000 less than the other bid received. Permits from the city were submitted Friday afternoon, dug the hole and hooked up on Tuesday, city inspection on Wednesday and wrapped up before sundown. Super impressed -- the guys were great and worked with my husband to put the extra dirt where we needed it to go. I've encouraged my Realtor to recommend Rogers Septic for any problems down the line. Thanks for making an unpleasant situation (spending that much money when we're selling the house) go smoothly - and days before closing!!

We had some issues with our septic system after a transfer of title inspection was done, and Rogers Septic came out and fixed the problems properly. These guys are honest and good at what they do. Funny thing, they were working on our next door neighbor's septic system when we were trying to move something heavy into our truck and they came right over and helped move it for us. Just overall good guys.

Called Rogers to inquire about septic maintenance service as we've lived on the property for 6 years now and even thought it's just the wife and I we figured it was probably time to have it checked out. They were very helpful with explaining what they offer and can do as well as directing me to their website for additional details. Was able to quickly go online and order a service that fit my needs.

Attentive, left the site looking great, stayed patient when the underground water line was marked in the wrong place (10’ off!). They were fabulous.

I called them yesterday for an issue with my septic. Very timely service and the gentleman that came took the time out of his day to teach me some things about my septic tank I didn't know. May or may not save me money in the long run, but very useful knowledge. I'll be using this company again in the future.

I have used Rogers Septic Maintenance & Repair twice. Both experiences with their staff were great. The service people were punctual, professional and qualified. The problems were fixed at a reasonable price and no call back ever needed. I've signed up for a routine maintenance check with them annually. I can trust this business to take care of any problems I have with my septic system. Very satisified!

I've had multiple experiences with Rogers Septic... what lifesavers! After having an old tank fail and another competitor try to take advantage of a sad situation... Rogers came in and was HALF the price. They showed up and went above and beyond on the job site and we've never looked back. I would highly recommend trusting this company before going with other options out there. We had been using a well known company in the area around for decades and after being quoted double decided to use Rogers Septic. That other company tried to charge our card multiple times for no work performed. Needless to say we won't be calling them again. Thanks for doing business the right way!!!!

Called asking for price range on septic clean up and the fee for gallon dump, but the lady who answered the phone kept directing me to their website to click on pictures in order to get any information. She refused to provide any information or schedule an appointment for a evaluation. Horrible customer service experience. Ended up contacting Bob's Septic, they provided all of the information I needed and was able to make an appointment for Septic Clean up the very same week. The only good reason I contacted Rogers Septic, is because they were highly recommended by my neighbors.

This company came highly recommend from everyone we talked too. They had done my son's septic as well. They didn't disappointed that's for sure. The peace of mind knowing we have a reliable septic that won't back up is amazing. This company has everything to offer including financing. Cordell n Will was amazing, if we had questions while they were doing the install we could stop them n ask. Amanda n Anna in the office was also always helpful. Rick himself was amazing to work with. We feel like we are now part of the Roger's septic family forsay. This company is very Professional n won't disappointed... They did what we asked them to do with leaveing our yard as level as possible at the end. Thank you so much making this a easy transition from city sewer to septic.

My wife and I have used Rogers service for years, rock solid company. Just had Darrell out today to pump out our tank, quick, efficient, cleaned up everything afterwards, just all around great. We'll be customers for years to come!

Dennis went the extra mile trying to resolve an unexpected issue when installing a new pump. I greatly appreciate the time spent and effort in resolving the problem that I had.
