The alarm on our 2yr old septic system went off for the first time late one evening last week. We didn't have any information on who originally installed the system, nor did we have any luck going through the builder to quickly track that information down, so I frantically started Google searching septic repair companies in the Des Moines area. Every 5-star review I read for this company was accurate - I'm so thankful I trusted the reviews and gave them a call. From my first interaction with Amanda and Anna when I called the office, to my experience with Dennis and Rick at my home - I knew I was in good hands. They patiently explained what happened and showed me exactly what the issues were, they gave me my options for repair without being pushy about any of it, and when I was ready to proceed - they understood our urgency and took care of the repairs as quickly as possible. They exceeded my expectations every step of the way and I'm relieved to have their team of professionals scheduled to service and maintain our system on a regular basis moving forward.

Rogers Septic is a top notch local company with excellent customer service and quality work ethic. They replaced our entire septic tank, pump tank and pump last fall. A couple surprises didn't deter their quality of work to do the job right. They even sent someone out this spring to help by showing us how to complete a maintenance task we can do ourselves. In the 20+ years we've owned our home, we've not used anyone else for our septic system and will continue to call on them.

On a Sunday morning the underground line running from our septic tank to our house broke right at the house foundation. We called after hours and spoke with a tech immediately. The following morning I spoke with a very helpful lady in the office, and an hour later Denny was at my house.
He did a thorough evaluation, quoted an estimate, and said they would try to get the work done Thursday or Friday. We were prepared to be without water and toilets for a few days.
This morning (only two days after my first call) I spoke with their office again to see about getting on the schedule. The owner said they could get it done today, and less than an hour later they were hard at work!
They dug up and replaced the decrepit line, which was crumbling badly, and got it done in just a few hours! And the price was amazing!
Seriously, I don't know why anyone would use any other company. The boss himself was on the job! And everyone was so incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and patient with this novice. Roger's is proof that angels walk among us, because they saved us!
If you need help, don't hesitate to call. If I could give 1000 stars I would!

I chose Rogers over Bob's because their upfront cost was $200 cheaper! Rogers was able to get me pumped the same afternoon that I called and the gentleman, Darrell, who came out was more than patient with me and gave me a short class on my septic system that was VERY much appreciated! I will recommend then to anyone and everyone with a septic tank!

Rogers septic provided multiple estimates to fix my septic system. After an estimate and scheduled repair, a different person came out and said the repair would not work and something else was needed. The next time they did a portion of the repair and then charged for the whole repair. Run away and do not use this company.

This company is Outstanding! We had a septic system that needed to be replaced where there is a high water table. Two companies passed on it but Rick agreed to do it, met our timeframe, and was very reasonable in price and process. We are extremely pleased and grateful! I think it was a miracle!

This company is great! We had them run water for us to a new horse farm we're building. They kept us updated along the way and were extremely easy to work with.

Reasonable prices, efficient service, great communication, friendly staff on the phone, technician and pump truck were both on time and respectful of my property. There is nothing negative to say about my experience with Roger's Septic. The technician gave me a couple of options to resolve my issue and was true to the verbal estimate given. He was well spoken, informative and obviously well trained professional in his field. He ended up completing work (installing a failed pump) that I had done 7 years prior by a local competitor and it was cheaper today than it was 7 years ago! In a trade where homeowners could be taken advantage of, Rogers seems to be an honest and trustworthy company worth your patronage. They are my first call on all things septic going forward.

I thought this was a McDonald’s. I was disappointed when I found out it wasn’t a McDonald’s. 1 star.

Overnight parking for one truck turned around it will definitely add to a driver's maneuverability...it's not that bad as they said if you have patience and can back up at all you'll do fine...

Nice enough people. Very small lot. have to back in off the street. 2 hours waiting past my appointment just to get in the door. Was told 3 to 4 hours to unload 100 pieces

Super friendly to unload here but it is a kind of nasty docking situation. There is currently construction being done on Broadway so that messes with stuff and their yard is full of things so you’ll need to back in off of Broadway to hit a dock and be mindful of all the things that are around you in the yard. Like I said everyone is super friendly though and they’re getting right on it. There is not overnight parking here.

I would not recommend this location. They were not helpful st all.

Just not the same without dave

Everyone I have dealt with here is friendly and helpful. Appreciate the additional advice and help I have received when I have questions. Would definitely recommend to others!
