Lori and Maddie were fantastic! Our original plumber said he couldn't put our toilet and sink back (after new floors put in) the same day because it required 2 people and would take an hour.

I called Gallon Plumbing and Lori was super helpful in getting us in the same day and kept me informed throughout until Maddie arrived.

Maddie did the job by herself (lifting a big toilet placed in the tub) in just 30 minutes. She was super friendly and was wonderful to my dogs and cats.

Will was fantastic when I needed my dishwasher fixed due to frozen water line. He insulated behind my dishwasher to prevent the waterline from freezing again. This is the 2nd time I’ve had work done by him. He installed a new kitchen faucet and was very professional both times. He was thorough in cleaning up after he was done. I would highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

I called Will on a whim looking for someone to do a last minute project for a plumbing stack replacement that failed inspection at a rental property. The job included adding an appropriate drain and vent for a washing machine and kitchen sink. Will was able to do the project the next day and the price was competitive. He was personable and professional and kept me updated throughout the process. The work was completed in one full work day. Will came back the next day to meet the inspector and the work he did passed inspection without issue. Will cleaned up well after himself. Overall excellent experience! Definitely will use Will again for any plumbing needs and I recommend anyone reading this review use him as you won’t regret it. Thank you so much Will!

Will did a great job remodeling my bathroom. He checked with me every step of the way, making sure I approved of the location and height of cabinets, mirror and lights. He was willing do do whatever I wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. He gutted the walls and took them down to the studs. Will made recommendations but left the final decisions to me.

These guys came out to my home in the middle of the night to fix a pipe that had broken in the wall. They took out the old pipe and had installed a new one in about 30 minutes. THey had a drywall guy out the same day that afternoon to fix the hole. I would use these guys again!

They had a bad number on their Google listing couldn’t get a hold of them

I had a clogged kitchen sink and needed it fixed asap. Jeff was able to come out the same day and fix the problem in under an hour. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The plumber did not show up, and I didn't even get the courtesy of a phone call.
My true rating would be no stars.

In our West Des Moines home, we had a bathroom sink with a very slow running drain and a faucet that would not dispense hot water. Roto Rooter was unable to fix the former and Holt Plumbing could not fix the latter. Jeff came out and repaired both problems in less than 10 minutes. We strongly recommend Des Moines Drain & Sewer!

Called and was told the guy would be out between 11:00 and 1:00. At 1:00 I called them and asked what was up. Was called back at 1:30 and told to meet the guy there in 15 minutes (I had to drive home from work). At 2:30 I called the office again and asked where the guy was. A few minutes later he called me and said he had the wrong phone number and he was on his way. Hmmmm. He had my address and confirmation that I was going to be there. Why would a phone number matter? When I asked where he was coming from, he said the next town over. He hadn't even started to come my way. My time is valuable too. I cancelled the service call.

Our house has had the drain back up in the past and these guys have come out quickly and professionally. They fixed the issue in very little time and the price was agreeable.

Just bought our house Friday and had plumbing problems... Couldn't use water or else it would come up sewer drain (even toilet 😯) and with 3 kids that's not easy. They were able to come out right away and fix the problem. The guy was super nice and answered my millions of questions! Definitely would recommend them to anyone!!
