He fixed my drain, however, he left drain sludge all over my washer. Also, he was several hours late. They didn't even give me a courtesy call! I had to call them to find out if they were still coming or whether I could get on with my day. Like I had ALL day to just wait and see whether they would show up. A courtesy call would have been greatly appreciated.

Our main drain line from our house started backing up on Saturday morning. We called and they fit us into their schedule last minute! Dustin showed up, put the camera down our drain, and found the problem within 10 minutes. Cleared the line, and then gave us a handful of helpful tips to prevent blockages in the future. Highly highly recommend! They also have a 30 day guarantee!

Kitchen sink wasn't draining, I was recommended to try DSM D&S. Dustin was dispatched, arrived on time and fixed the issue within 10-20 minutes. He was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and took the time to let me know how I could prevent this from happening again. Rates change but I can say it was very fair and surprisingly cheap. If you are in the DSM area with plumbing issues, these are the guys you need to call!

These folks are GREAT! They were able to come out the same day and unclog my kitchen drains. I have had them out several times to unclog my kitchen sinks. Each time they were professional, quick and friendly. They clean up their mess and remove and put my items back under the sink. I highly reccomend them and will use them again.

We have a older home that came with the older plumbing. My kitchen sink was clogged again. After speaking to a couple of my co workers I called and they arrived same day on schedule. Honest friendly service they cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend them to anyone! Family owned and run business. The pricing is fair and resonable. I had to sneak a tip in there. If you need a plumbing company please give these folks a call.

Ive updated the review because they said theyd come back out within 30 days if the problem came back up. The issue continued the day after they came out. I called them 3x and nobody returned my call. &sure enough its been more than 30 days now.

The technician arrived at our house within a few hours after I called, and unclogged our kitchen drain to perfection at a very reasonable price. Will definitely call them again for future plumbing needs. Strongly recommend their service!

We have a problem with our main sewer line in our basement. Tree roots get in, and in 2019 they collapsed the line. Our landlord opted for a line patch at that time, and on its own that cost thousands through roto rooter. It worked well up until yesterday, when our line backed up in the basement with standing water all around the drain the same way it did when the line collapsed. We had Dustin out to take a look, he cut some tree roots out, and after he left, the water line backed up again. For 24 hours we were worried sick that we may have to move out if our line had collapsed again. It didn't sound like our landlord had 20k for a total line replacement and we were already feeling the effects of not being able to do laundry, shower or flush the toilet.
Dustin came back the following night, outside of what many consider to be business hours, free of charge, to follow up on our issue. And this time he got it resolved. No collapse! I am so happy with the results I vow that dsm sewer and drain has my business from here on out.

Paul rescued me today when a shower that wouldn’t drain turned into water coming out a light fixture. I was overwhelmed and he came quickly, addressed the problem, and was very kind. Very reasonably priced as well. Would recommend!
