Never heard of them. Had my neigbor google and call them. First they were late, then after 2 hours of "repairing", they tried to sell me an expensive faucet that I didn't need. After all it was said an done and paid an arm and a leg, I ended up only replacing the rubber gasket myself, and now it works fine. Don't EVER use these people!!

As far as I know, the job was fine, the issue is the paymeny/cost. We needed our septic cleaned. My hubby went across the street and talked to the owner of the business. He gave the hubby a good price (about the same as another company we used last time) , and said he would get it done in the next few days. They did the job, and I called and asked for the price, this is where it went down hill. The receptionest quoted double the price that the owner told us. I explained that to her, she laughed at me and said "do you really expect this job done for that? It was X amount of yards and blah, blah, blah", and I went on to ask her to call the owner, she laughed at me. We went round another time, agian I asked her to call the owner a second time, she laughed at me a second time, I hung up on her. Hubby went over bright and early next morning, while owner was there, he mentioned that he was not happy, that I hung up on his receptionest. The charge stood. We paid it, and are thru with it . Will no longer reccoment Gallon Inc to anyone for any plumbing needs.

I have used Gallon Inc. for a wide variety of items. They installed a sink for me and they also fixed my cold water to the washing machine. They are very knowledgeable and courteous. Their sister companies also do great work!

Maddie came early on a cold day when no one else would call me back. She did an excellent job and I will call Gallon next time I need a plumber. You should too.

I just moved in to my new place and was wanting to redo both bathrooms and called a few plumping places to come and give me a estimates of prices and 3 out of 4 of them was telling me that all my pipes and stuff was old and not in good working order and needed to be replace and they could do that at a discount for me. THEN Gallon plumping came in and when they went over their findings, they did not mention NOTHING about my pipes and needing to be replaced. So at the end I asked them why they didn't mention them and informed them of what the other 3 companies have said and they were in shocked and went and walked me through and showed me and told me that I already had the best pipes and they look fairly new. See this shows there are honest businesses out their and will take the best care of you....I also back gallon plumping. If you want something done right the first time...this is your company....don't believe me? give them a call and check for yourself...

Recently in need of a variety of plumbing repairs & updates, I googled "Gallon", even though I'd never used them, and only knew of them from misc. inserts in mailers I'd gotten. I actually stopped out at their ofc, & scheduled an initial appt., with"Katie", I believe, who was very helpful. On appt day, a "Travis" & "Maddie" arrived, on time, & did an initial walk thru diagnosis & pricing estimates. Since I was comfortable w what I'd researched, & they arrived not only on time, but seemed
professional & knowledgeable, I scheduled an appt for the actual work. For that appt, it was Maddie who arrived, again...on time! And who proceeded to efficiently, & skilfully complete several repairs & additions to my plumbing! Later, Travis also arrived to assist w completing a large installation, & then Maddie followed up by doing a complete walkthru & explanation of all repairs, etc. I was pleased w all work done, & plan on calling them back to complete some additional work in spring, based on my satisfaction of Maddie & Travis' service! Well Done!!!

This morning I woke up to a loud sound followed by what sounded like gallons of water poring down the inside of my wall. Maddie showed up 1st thing in the morning and did a wonderful job! Hopefully I don’t have anymore plumbing issues, but if I do I would request her again. She’s pleasant, Professional and is very skilled at what she does.

Maddie was awesome! On time, pleasant, and professional. She had our problem fixed and fixed right in no time. However, a few hours later water was seeping from the front base of the toilet. It continued to leak Friday morning and I called the office. Was told a technician would contact me shortly. No call by Saturday so we called the office twice, both times the voicemail was full. We really need to have this leak fixed - it was not leaking previously.

Gallon does a great job making sure the job is done right. Their technicians make sure to test any repairs that they make to ensure a quality job.
We had our sump pump and back up replaced in March, but the pump float on the primary pump was not functioning properly. When I called to have it looked at a technician came within the hour and resolved the issue at no charge. She even ran test to make sure that the new float was functioning properly and wouldn’t encounter the same issue again.

Maddie was really helpful and down to earth in our home. Like some of these other reviews say, she was upfront with the prices and it even ended up being cheaper than we originally anticipated. Yes, the prices are a little up there, but other than that, I couldn’t be happier with her service. We now actually have a shutoff valve for our house rather than having to ask our neighbors to turn off the water to the whole complex.

Gallon has good service techs that are knowledgeable and do their best get you what you need. But recently had a change in policy. The dredded "dispatch fee" of $250 upfront. Doesn't matter what you need and no costs reduce it. I've been a customer over 10 years. Doubt that will continue

I called on Gallon Plumbing to unplug a sink replace a leaking P-trap and install new faucet in shower. Anita in office took my call and was very Helpful even sent a confirmation text with scheduled time and approximate cost. Maddie showed up and made fast work of my project and she did a great job! even gave me some information on another project I'm needing done. I will defiantly be calling Gallon Plumbing again to help on next plumbing job.

My experience with Gallon Plumbing was fantastic start to finish. Katie who answered my call & set up the appointment was absolutely lovely. Maddie the tech was very thorough & personable. The turn around time was amazingly fast. You can tell that Gallon Plumbing is a customer service driven company. They will be my go to plumbing company from now on.
