Called Elite out for 2 water leaks, They got out here fast and got to work right away extracting the water and putting equipment out to dry affected areas. They are also do a great job at cleaning up the work areas if they need to demo any drywall or cabinets.10/10 recommend!!!

A few weeks ago my sump pump quit working and the basement was a wet mess. Elite (Patrick) was quick to respond and the first to show up and give us an estimate, the crew was quickly to follow the next day and did an amazing job removing all the wet mess and airing out the area. I have contacted MacPro‘s in two instances where I needed help as soon as possible. Mac responded to my needs immediately and scheduled timely help and repairs.
Most recently I contacted Mac Pros for a mild inspection and subsequent mold remediation. Technicians were knowledgeable, professional, polite and friendly. Explained the mold remediation process clearly and a way that I could understand. Would call again for their services anytime.

Last August was restoration of my basement due to a faulty sump pump. The crew was very helpful and all were professional as we restored the lower level. Now it is the power washing of the house, restoring of my deck, and driveway. Again the crew was very polite and knowledgeable. They scheduled their work times ahead of time if Mother Nature didn’t delay their work.

Spring cleanup! Lots of things were taking off my list of things that t i wanted Mac Pro to do to for me. Our deck needed restoring and fresh staining, house power washed, plus the driveway. Windows were washed. All was done by a professional group of fellows. They knew what they were doing while explaining the projects. Almost feel like family as they came and went pretty much on time never complaining. As far as price, Very knowledgeable crew.
