Chase and Shawn came out immediately, were professional in their approach, very engaging and very helpful in telling us what they needed to do and what we could expect next. They were very considerate of our time for appointments and answered our many questions. They helped us through a tough situation.

Water mitigation work was great and why we decided to go with them for reconstruction . Big mistake- the reconstruction experience was an epic disaster.

SERVPRO helped with a water damage job at my apartment complex. I had water pouring out of the ceiling from the apartment above me. SERVPRO came in and quickly set equipment and everything was dry in a couple of days.

I was moving out of my apartment and I hired the crew to clean some carpets. They arrived and had the job completed before I came home. I also appreciated the Follow-up call from the Marketing Representative!

We had a sewage backup in our basement. The company kept me informed of their progress and the date/time the crew would arrive each day. The problem was remediated with a minimum of disruption to our daily routine. I hope to never have this issue again, but would highly recommend ServPro to anyone who needs this type of service.

Landlord had a guy from here come out to check for mold. He found mold in the corner where we told him it was. Pointed him to a closet where the furnace is with holes in the walls etc pretty disgusting. I heard his mold meter go off while he was doing it but yet he said there was no mold in there. The inspector was outside my house with the landlord for a hour an a half talking probably about helping him get around this. Fast forward the landlord had another company come today and I had them check the same closet and they spotted the mold on the wall. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Works with slum lords to protect them

Had a frozen pipe burst and ServePro was very responsive and helpful in assisting me dry my room out thoroughly, very knowledgeable, timely, and available when needed. Did a fantastic job.

These guys hired temps to clean out my house after a pipe froze and flooded 3/4 of my house. They broke A LOT of stuff in the process. My iPad was shattered along with my whole computer desk because they took everything in my cabinets threw it in large plastic bags and tossed it in my back room. Which resulted in almost all of my pyrex cookware being broken, a bunch of the little things my kids made through the years got broken, ripped my railing off, tore my attic door off the henges, broke an antique water basin and pitcher and a swavorsky crystal punch bowl. they NEVER fixed any of it. Never got back in touch with me after I left messages and messeges. Will absolutely NEVER use them again and will not recommend them to anyone else.

Very professional and friendly people. All works were done fast and very thoroughly. Also, they cleaned everything afterwards, which is very important and greatly appreciated.

Servepro responded to our call for help when we had water damage that started on the second floor went to the main floor and through to the basement. they responded quickly with a Knouff men and equipment to make a big difference in our home they stayed with us for a full week as they did all of the remediation. We are now in the process of beginning renovation and we will use their service. All of the personnel from Servicemaster were courteous friendly and dependable I give them my highest rating.

Absolutely the worst service ever, They tore my 86 year old mother's basement apart and left with no contact since. No one has been back to finish the work and no one answers the phone when she calls nor do they return her messages. Do not go with this service if possible. Find someone else who will do the job right and in a prompt and efficient manor.

If I would have written this review as the team was out here doing their job, I would have rated it much higher. Our sump pump failed so our basement carpet was just saturated with water. Tiffany Smith came out and gave us a quote. I was in the room with my fiance, parents and a friend when Tiffany said it would be 5600 worst case scenario which included having to do flood cuts. Unfortunately they did have to do the flood cuts and they did a great job too! However, when they were done with job, I noticed there was large scratch on my floors and I'm guessing that was done when they were removing equipment. Tiffany asked for a picture which I provided thinking that she would follow up but never heard anything on that. Then as I was waiting to hear from my insurance and get the bill, I asked her multiple times to email me the bill so I knew where I was sitting with insurance. It wasn't until the 3rd-4th time that I finally got her on the phone and asked for the bill yet again. I did mention her original quote of 5600 and all she told me was that it was a little bit more. When I finally left another message because I still hadn't received it, she finally emailed me the bill which was for 9100!!! That was almost double what she quoted!!! I figured maybe another 1K-2K not double! She obviously shouldn't be making quotes if she is going to be this far off! Also when we were first looking around as she was giving us our quote, she didn't think my vanity was too bad. However on one of the last days they were here they ended up ripping it out and I was under the impression that they were taking it back to their office to get it dried out. Then come to find out that it wasn't drying and they were disposing of it. I did contact her and ask for her to take the knobs off as I purchased those to match the rest of the knobs in my house. She said that would be no problem, but this evening she told me that the vanity was already in the dumpster....she could have told me this right away when she said she was going to get them rather than the night before they were supposed to come back to clean my carpets. Very disappointed in this company!

The whole team and experience was great considering what we were dealing with. They showed up the same day as I called in. They went above and beyond to communicate and set proper expectations. They handled everything and were very professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Make sure you confirm they can do the restore work. They ripped out my entire kitchen and then let me know they couldn't complete the restore and recommended another company to take over. I was left without a kitchen for 2 months. HIGHLY NOT RECCOMMENDED!

We contacted Servpro in March after the EF4 tornado that passed through did about $40k worth of damage to our house. Rob was super responsive, and had a crew out by the next day to patch our roof and ensure it was watertight. It's definitely stressful as a homeowner trying to make things right again, but Rob and his crew were super accommodating and did their best to work with us and give us options. Wife and I are very impressed with the attention to detail, very happy with the results and more than happy to recommend Servpro of DSM SW to anybody!
