Absolutely had the best experience with Alex and Brock! Getting my parents house ready to sell and they helped me out with some electrical issues. They communicated, were prompt and cleaned everything up after they were done. The home office was easy to schedule with, I live in Texas and had to coordinate with my travel schedule!

After a long evening of our smoke detectors chirping, ARC Electric as the 2nd place I called to see if I could get an estimate to replace our smoke detectors. Jordon greeted me with a happy voice when I called and was able to offer up an appointment same day to have an electrician at my house for a quote. Alex arrived on time and very knowledgeable. He asked several questions, took a look at what was going on, informed me of the quote. He actually had time to replace all 7 of the smoke detectors if I wanted to have him do that today. He was done in one hour. He cleaned up and carried all the old detectors away. All within a reasonable price. Thanks Alex for a job well done. Will give ARC Electric a call first next time.

Alex and coworker did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable of code. Made appointment very easy and prompt. Made sure job was complete and that I had no questions before they left. I would recommend Arc Electric as they do great work.

ARC is an incredible and honest company!! I was originally using another company in town who advised me that I needed to spend over 16k in “Emergency” repairs on my electrical panel.

Something just didn’t add up about that advice, so I got ahold of Nick Crowell at ARC and he was extremely quick to respond and offered world class customer service. ARC had me scheduled the same week and Nick was able to stop by and help put my concerns at ease assuring me that I didn’t need to spend all that money.

He even went above and beyond and helped advise me on where I was missing recommended smoke and CO2 detectors in my home. When I do need work done, I’ll be calling ARC, first.

I’m a huge fan of ARC and I’ll keep recommending them to friends and neighbors time and time again!

Alex was friendly, courteous, punctual, and fast and neat with the work. He helped me understand my panel and my home's electrical situation a lot better which will help going forward. Best part was he got our new mini split hooked up just in time for the heatwave and it works great!

Alex arrived on time and had my GFCI outlet issue diagnosed and repaired in a very quick timeframe. He was polite and very professional in his communication with me as a homeowner. I appeciated the updates as troubleshooting was occurring and confirmation of what the repair would entail before it was done. All in all - I'm very happy with the entire experience.

I just wanted to say thanks for the amazing service. Hugo Montiel initially came out to do an estimate on an EV charger install, while here I asked him if he could take a look at a couple of other things. He managed to take care of an electrical issue I was having. Hugo explained what the issue was and was very professional throughout the process. He is a rockstar, thanks for hiring great employees.

Jacob Wenck was an amazing technician. Very intelligent and know what he is doing and would describe step by step what is wrong and what he was doing to try and fix our electrical issues. He was very enthusiastic and seemed to love what he does. Was a very caring individual and willing to listen and very good at explaining and help us understand what our next steps can be!

We were having issues with GFI in garage popping when running the garbage disposal. After some testing of the outlet and box, found out it was "lost neutral". So call to the power company to have them fix their end and we were back in business. Been dealing with it for months, wish I would of called soon. Will call again with any other issue.

Morgan and Alex did great work! They installed cabinet lighting in my kitchen as well as an exhaust fan in the master bathroom. I'm impressed by their work quality, professionalism, friendliness, being on time, and being on top of communication.
