I talked to one of the rudest people I have ever met . I kept getting cut off when trying to explain how bad my service was last year.i have asked to have a copy(paper) of what has been done so far to pay because of email link does not work. Instead of owner calling per request. Very poor customer service!!

Becarefull and read the small print.
They never informed us verbally that it would auto renew year to year. I hired a new service and next thing I know they showed up unannounced when no one was home and applied 3-4 services and emailed me a $400 bill.
When I called it took 3 calls to their outside answering service and 2 emails for them to finally respond.
Basically told me its in the small print and it is what it is.
I will pay and I will also spread the word through out the neighborhood.
There is enough honest company's out there that do not have to trick people into their services. Have a great day.
