Innovative Lawn Solutions employees do a great/quality job with lawn care. They give you heads-up prior to applying applications, use high quality chemicals, are friendly and provide prompt responses if customer has any follow-up questions or addt'l work that is needed.

Tom is very knowledgeable when it comes to taking care of the landscaping especially the Conifers. I appreciate the emails and texts I receive before they come out and do an application.

This is our second year hiring innovative lawn solutions. Their service has gone down tremendously since last year. We have weeds, crab grass and creeping charlie all over the lawn. My husband called Monday July 21st and they said they'd send someone out in the next couple days to treat the weeds.. He called back today July 29th and left a message with this companys answering service and we have yet to get service or hear back from them. We recommended them to our neighbors this year and regret it, their lawn looks just as bad as ours.
