They came and performed the work very quickly and professionally. My job was just a small little thing but they treated me like it was very important to them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any sort of outdoor work.

Had a very poor experience with their customer service. I cannot speak to their actual landscape work, as we never got that far. We initially attempted to contact them by email (the one listed on their website) to schedule a consultation, to which we did not receive a reply. After two weeks, my husband called them to schedule instead. The person he spoke to on the phone was apologetic and scheduled an appointment for a Friday at 8am three weeks later. The reason we had scheduled on a Friday is because I do not work on Fridays, but my husband wanted to be there so he took an hour off of work. 8am comes and goes. They don't show up until 8:15. The people meeting with us are the owner, Weston Wunder, and one of the employees named Eric. When they come to the door late, there is no apology for the time, and Weston has forgotten our file in the car. So now he has the file and we start to walk around our home. Our intention in calling a landscaper is to come up with a multiphase plan for our backyard, everything from water drainage to fences and trees, easy to care for plants, etc. We also wanted to make sure that all the things we wanted to do were done in the right order, such as adding trees before putting up a fence. I also wanted to be educated about the plants we have and any we would put in. I attempt to communicate our intent as we walk around the house. A fenced backyard is definitely at the top of the list. Also, grading issues/ water issues because of a concrete pad. At this point, Weston asks us what we're looking for. As I restate our intentions, he says something about how they are so busy and that we shouldn't expect to get things done right away. If he had been listening to us about this being the part where we come up with a plan, he would have known that wasn't our expectation. He then asks if we have worked with landscapers before. As this is our first home, we stated no. He then proceeds to list off costs of things, in a way that gave us the impression that he didn't think we would be willing to pay/could afford it. Also, the projects he mentioned costs to were not anything we had asked for and were actually in contradiction to things we had mentioned. For example, he quoted some several thousand dollar figure for putting a rock bed around the house, to which I inquired why we would if we were fencing the backyard. He then said, "Oh, you want to fence the yard?," clearly indicating he had not been listening. He asks us to email him our priority list, even though I was trying to tell him throughout this visit what it was. He never wrote anything down. He also states he doesn't have our email address in our file that he is holding. Turns out when he had run back to the car to grab our file since he hadn't remembered to bring it to the door the first time, he grabbed someone else's. The meeting ended awkwardly. We emailed the company with this detailed account a month ago. We have had no reply. We will be hiring a company that respects us and our time.
