While we were satisfied with the overall finished product, the owner (Chad) was very different to deal with. Hung up on my husband on one occasion when he had a concern about Chad's demand of paying in full for an auto cover that was on backorder and no timeline for delivery and gave no other options/solutions. This is not how I would expect the owner of a company to behave.

Has to be the worst pool builder in the Des Moines area. Over promise and under deliver. Poor communication and lacks basic pool knowledge. They will trick you with the nice looking showroom pools, so beware.

HnS did a phenomenal job of fixing up a rental property we own. It included placing bathroom fixtures, replacing kitchen counters, tearing out carpets, drywall repair, installing new flooring, refinishing stairs, painting, replacing trim, and landscaping.
