While we were satisfied with the overall finished product, the owner (Chad) was very different to deal with. Hung up on my husband on one occasion when he had a concern about Chad's demand of paying in full for an auto cover that was on backorder and no timeline for delivery and gave no other options/solutions. This is not how I would expect the owner of a company to behave.
