We have had Molly Maids for over 3 years. They are responsible, reliable, and very professional. The women are friendly and efficient, they go right to work and do great job in record time. It's the best present I gave myself for retirement. I'm able to leave (with complete confidence) and I do what I enjoy and couldn't when working. It is a very reasonable investment. We recently moved and re-started our service with Molly Maids. We love their attention to detail and efficiency! Staff are always friendly and easy to work with!!

They advertised a good price and they could clean our house we just bought and charged us over $700. It was a horrible job and three hours in told us they would be charging us another $350 to keep them. Contacted them and they did not do anything to help or rectify the issue.. Horrible service and management to work with you.

The same people come every week, on time and KNOW our house very well. We feel they do a very good job! Is their room for improvement….sure! But all in all we’re very happy with the 2-3 gals that come every 2 weeks.

Two team members came to our 2,500 sq ft house and were efficient in their work. Certainly friendly, but had a purpose and were going to fulfill it, which my wife and I appreciated. Our home is 17 years old, has been renovated like new in most parts...and we're now in our 50's...not wanting to clean like we used to on an every-Saturday routine. Although we are probably "over-clean" and it would be hard to out-do our expectations of clean in the bathrooms, kitchen counters, stove top, etc...this team did a great job. Yes, there were a few instances that we will ask for them to pay closer attention to in upcoming opportunities, but the value they brought was huge! We're now set for the MM team to visit every other week and we're excited about the freedom we're feeling.

I have been using them for months and for the most part they were okay. I would always have to go back through and put things back were they belonged since they always left things out of place. There was an incident where they cleaned the trim of the freezer and left the freezer open, since I was not back home for hours later most of the food was ruined. I called them and they refunded me for that visit (did not cover the cost of food that needed to be replaced). After I expressed my concern of the lack of attention to detail in my home they said they would send a different team that had more of an attention to detail. The first clean with this new team was great, everything "looked" clean and things got put back to the correct locations. I had the second clean with this team yesterday, and it was awful. The toilet was left still dirty, hardwood floor had dirt clumps still left on it (like when you don't sweep before you mop). They "deep" cleaned the master bedroom and didn't wipe down the vanity or mirrors. I went back through and had to empty my vacuum 5 times.... there is a difference between doing a quick pass and actually taking the time to clean and vacuum a space. When I called them this time, they would only give a $50 refund, so I paid $90 only to have to go back and reclean most of my home. Not worth the hassle. If you value attention to detail and a clean home, go elsewhere.

They are okay. I had requested a deep clean for a home we newly purchased. They were thorough with most of the cleaning but left a lot of spots in the house. The fans were still dusty, the windows had spider webs on them, the kitchen floor had crumbs left. When I told them to re do it , they argued with me that the it’s clean. I had to run my hands through the dust to show that the spots were still dirty for them to finally clean it thoroughly.
They also refused to move small items from the counter top to clean the place, they left the master bathroom toilet untouched because there was a ladder there. I felt like they didn’t want to make any extra effort in cleaning the place. We had the home painted before the deep clean which had some fresh paint stains left on the wooden floor. I scrubbed the small pain stains from my own hands so they could clean the floor because they refused to do it despite me providing them with the special paint remover cleaning supply for it. For the price I paid for this cleaning service I was not satisfied with the service I received at all.
I do appreciate the customer service at Molly maid, I did leave this feedback and they received it well. They also had the girls come back and re do the spots that were left with no extra charge. Overall I think the quality and experience should have been better considering the price they charge for the cleaning service.

Just decided to start using someone else to clean our house and I'm so glad I did! They did an amazing job. Everything is so clean, fresh and my house smells so good. The gals that came were very thorough and on time. They are so good about accommodating your needs and the price is right. I highly recommend this company. You won't regret it.

My Molly Maids were very professional and courteous, eager to get at the job as soon as they arrived. Very pleasant, and the job done was spectacular. Have no reservations whatsoever in recommending them.

Paulina and her team arrived promptly and got to work immediately. The care with which they treated our surfaces and knickknacks, pictures, etc. was beyond our expectations. We built our house in 1994, and it’s cleaner today than the day we moved in! They didn’t miss a single thing. My faucets look brand new and so do my appliances.
Above and beyond cleaning the toilets, too. For the amount of work they had to do, they finished in record time. Great job ladies!
