Molly Maids crew did a super job cleaning our house today. Our bathrooms, living rooms, kitchen, and bedrooms look great. The floors sparkle and everything been dusted and wiped down. Nice job!

So thankful for this company! My house needed a deep cleaning (very deep!) as I am not able to do due to medical issues. I was able to get on their schedule quickly and they did an amazing job! When I came home from work, I was beyond happy. I couldn't believe how wonderful my house smelled and looked! I already have an appointment to schedule regular cleanings. If you are looking for a respectful and professional cleaning company, I highly recommend Molly Maid of Des Moines!

The three ladies did a terrific job! Our house really needed a deep-clean, and the team delivered! They arrived early, went right to work and were completely done in under 3 hours. We could tell that they had worked together before. We were so pleased that we're going to have the same team clean our home on a regular basis. Daisy and Julie, our office contacts, were most helpful in explaining all the steps in the cleaning process, calling when the ladies were on their way, and working with us to schedule on-going cleaning. It was an excellent, very pleasant experience with Molly Maid of Des Moines! We recommend them!

They went to work right away. He did a very good job of cleaning. It's too bad you can't get more people that speak English. But we made them understand what we wanted.

Very happy with the crew that comes to my home. They do an excellent job every time!! Only wish I have deals with scheduling. It would be wonderful if they could commit to morning or afternoon so I didn’t feel like I had to reserve the entire day for their visits.

I was very happy with the cleaning but didn’t think it would be as much as I was charged. 2 people @ $140 an hour. There was no furniture to move as the house was empty. I went the day after they completed the job & found a window standing wide open. I guess I can pay Mid America for the furnace running all night. All I can say is I would stay @ the house while they are working.

Wanted them to clean a 1200 sqft house that was completely empty so nothing to move at all. The price was 400$ for 3 hours. During this time the cleaners did not even finish the small house. They didn’t even clean the bathroom, upstairs. So based on the area they cleaned they only cleaned 700sqft also no windows were cleaned also. So my other house is 2100sqft and based on their work it would cost me 1200$ just to clean. Absolutely atrocious work ethic and business. 3 hours, 2 people and could even finish it. Then the cherry on top is they left my front door unlocked and cracked open all night. I really appreciate the extra large energy bill I will have to pay for the A/C being on all night. This is ridiculous and complete robbery. Do not ever go to them as this is a scam. Reply to owner: yes I had them go back and clean as the 400$ charge and the 700 sqft they did clean was not cleaned even after the second go round. Also you never even addressed my front door being left unlocked and open. Also you requested my AC turned on which it was on a day that registered 97 degrees but on camera your employees left the door wide open while supposedly cleaning. After 27 years of business you would think shutting and locking a door would come natural. I guess not with Molly maid. Btw that’s a picture of a quick swipe on the kitchen floor. Let me guess you don’t clean kitchen floors either?

Absolutely terrible experience. I recieved a call from them stating they needed additional time on top of what was quoted, that they had three people there instead of the 2 that were quoted, and in the 4 hours they were at my house they had only done the three bedrooms and two very small bathrooms, and half the kitchen. After back and forth with them they agreed to finish for my quoted price, originally saying they needed another hour and then suddenly being able to finish in 15 minutes. When I got home the house was still very dirty, the only things that were complete were the oven and tub, and they damaged the paint on the trim in my house. They refused to discount as I had to reclean prior to my realtor coming. Do not hire. Find someone local!

This service comes regularly , every two weeks. They are efficient and clean the main floor and bedroom and loft every time they come. Courteous, efficient professional and friendly .

My cleaners did a great job with my deep cleaning service and everything was sparkling and looked perfect when they left. Very pleased, particularly with the countertops and floors. It took exactly the amount of time they predicted it would take and they were on time, in uniform, brought their own supplies, and even took the trash out when they left. I'll be hiring them again in the future. Definitely recommend them!
