The installation of my geotherm system in my home proved to be a pleasant experience. Mark was very thorough with educated explanations to my questions. I had several quotes and conversations with other geotherm "experts". Not only were they not able to answer my questions, but I could tell was guess work at best. Mark Leuthold took a lot of time to educate me on my system and I have nothing but excellent things to say about my geotherm system and Leuthold Plumbing and heating.

Leuthold’s put a geothermal system in my building in 2006. It has saved me financially in both heating/cooling. Over the years it has had a couple of minor issues that they resolved quickly. Great company - highly recommended by this businessman!

Installed the water softener system in my inlaws house, it’s fairly new and having issues gumming up and they wont come out to service it. We called multiple times and they act like its not their responsibility to service what they sold and installed. Very frustrating in small town living wish they had a better customer service system in place.

I had them finish installing a a pre charged mini split that I could not do because of my health . the man they sent out was very nice and did a great job , and amount of labor charge was about what I expected ! my problem was in billing. I was charged 160 dollars for a so called refrigeration hookup.this unit had freon enough in it.raised my bill to 497.05 that would be like a car mechanic charging for tool rental! We have had both Del and Curtis to our home to fix everything from the furnace, water heater to routine maintenance. They have always been nice and knowledgeable about our issues.

Absolutely no complaints about staff or workmanship. 8-9 years ago DRG installed a Lennox furnace for me and over that period I've spent in excess of $1,000 in repairs. Today was the 5th time I've come home to a cold house, a pressure switch failed for the second time.

Ultimately it's my fault, I should have done my homework as Lennox does not have the reputation they once did. Cheap manufacturing to maximize profits.

We have been pleased with the job DRG has done for us. James has been awesome and is always professional. The work is done right the first time. Questions are always answered. Will stay with DRG.

The technician who came onsite was good and did a good job resolving my issue. The billing/customer service department has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Although I gave them my card the day of my service they didn't run it; they then sent me a duplicate bill and tried to charge me late fees. I have now had to contact them multiple times to resolve the issue. Bottom line if you want the job done right and have a bunch of time to waste on billing issues this is the place for you.
