We have a geothermal heating and cooling system for our house. DRG does an excellent job of maintaining it. James is often our technician and he is knowledgeable and very good at communicating the status of our system. I highly recommend DRG.

DRG installed a Geo Thermal system in my home about 10 years ago and its been great, but better still, has been dealing with them for periodic check-ups and the rare service call - the office is responsive and works to meet my schedule, then the tech shows up on time, works quickly and efficiently, and gets the job done right the first time. Can't say enough good things about James, who has done the last few calls.

I have been doing business with DRG since 2013. Great people to work with - have always taken care of any problem i have had immediately. James is like a member of my family. Very trustworthy company and I highly recommend them.

DRG has always done a great job for us.

We have used DRG many times for a wide variety of HVAC and plumbing projects. Projects have ranged from basic sink and furnace work to soft water machine and gas line installs to a pretty involved professional-level kitchen vent hood install. Every technician and office associate has been professional, knowledgeable, skilled, accurate and friendly.

I would not hesitate to call on them again and highly recommend them to friends and family.

We've used DRG multiple times over the last 10 years for residential HVAC and plumbing work (both installation and service). Their whole group is top notch and I trust whatever they advise. Recently we called about a plumbing issue. They advised it was likely an issue caused by the extreme cold that would resolve on its own. As usual they were correct. They could have easily used the opportunity to come to the house and bill us but instead showed they were looking out for our best interests. I can't recommend them enough.

We used DRG for plumbing and HVAC (geothermal) when we built our house...and they continue to do our service. They are the best. James services our geothermal units twice a year as a part of their routine service plan...and he couldn't be a nicer guy and more conscientious and competent. All of their team members are great guys. Whenever we've had an issue with something not working right, they are quick to take care of it. 5 star company.

Our primary service person James, is an expert professional and provides honest evaluations and feedback. Their service has always been stellar and we simply couldn't be happier with our relationship with DRG.

They put a new furnace in our home and came back to service it after we had a few issues due to the age of the home. We worked with Tanner and he was always friendly and punctual. They got our issues figured out and were extremely helpful and quick in making things right. Highly recommend.

Recently had them in my home to look into a humidifier issue.

Did a full service of everything while they were there, then discovered I just had an open draft behind my thermostat and that my humidifier was just running constantly because the thermostat was confused smh….

Quick little bit of insulation and job done. Had a great conversation with the tech who was there. Had a laugh. He got it all done and even showed me more features on the existing thermostat I didn’t know was part of it.

9/21/23 update.
I will give credit where credit is due. After many calls from our builder, DRG finally sent a technician out to look at the two remaining issues we had with the home. He was very friendly and efficient. Both issues were identified and he was able to resolve one of rhe two issues and we are working toward the fix on the second issue. This took about 30 minutes of his time. My hope is that they will see how a little effort on their part can go a long way in customer satisfaction. I have raised my rating from two stars to three.

I purchased a new construction home that DRG did the plumbing work on. They have come to my home for every single connection and install that they did for one reason or another. Loose toilets, leaks under every sink, kitchen sink drain installed improperly. I had a leaking shower head that they came out three times for. On the third visit, as I had told the technician before, it most likely is the cartridge behind the handle. He said no, it's something else and he wanted to tear out wall tiles to investigate. I insisted on the cartridge and what do you know, that fixed the problem. The only reason I kept returning to them is that it was under warranty. Now, they are saying that they are unable to satisfy my needs and I will have to pay for service calls. Even though the items I am havingbissue with are the same items I have had from day 1. No worries DRG. You won't be welcome in my home ever again. I highly recommend using another plumbing company for your plumbing needs.

When he came the first time our system was not working properly and he explained in depth what the problem was and fixed it in no time. When I have called DRG their staff has always been friendly and helpful. I highly recommend DRG.

Cannot say enough about how great DRG is. Everyone that I've delt with there are wonderful. Always helpful and they do awesome work. I've had them servicing my furnace and AC for 3 years now and had them do many other jobs and they do an excellent job every time and are always friendly. Always very happy with whoever comes to the house. Absolutely no complaints. Great company.

I have used DRG for many years, probably close to 15 years. They have serviced my AC and furnaces also put in a new furnace at my old home near Harrisburg. All the guys have been professional and did a good job. I have recommended them to other people. Today Nate came to inspect my furnace and also put in a new filter. As usual this young man did a great job and with winter coming on I feel confident there will not be any problems.

DRG is phenomenal to work with. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to heating and cooling and have a great team that got things taken care of in a timely manner and high quality work!
