Our air conditioner hadn't been working well thru the weekend, and this morning, I messaged DeRocher Heating and Cooling here in Onawa. Wasn't too long, and I received a call from Kaleb. He said he would send a technician out soon. Blake was our technician. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our problem was found quickly and taken care of. He even taught us things about the unit that the installers never mentioned.
