Had an issue with our AC and they were able to fix same day. We use them for twice yearly maintenance as well. If you are looking for a local, family owned and ran business that cares about their customers look no further!

They came one day to fix my furnace and got it to work and then the next week it stopped working and I called them around 9pm and they answered and I told them my furnace is not working again and they said they could be at my place at 9am. These guys are good 👍

They were amazing with getting my furnace issues figured out. They came out after a wedding rehearsal to first diagnose the issue, again before the wedding to get it running and spent the afternoon after getting a good 4+ inches of snow installing a new furnace! I can't say enough great things about these guys!

After having another company come out twice to fix the furnace, and incorrectly diagnosing the problem Derocher came out and fixed the correct issue and the furnace has been running flawlessly ever since. Highly recommend!

My heat didn’t want to start in the dead of winter and they came out to my house at 8pm and found the issue and explained in detail what the piece does and what happened and it took about 20 minutes great service very professional and great guys happy to have DerRocher heating and cooling around.

Our A/C unit was out. Called and they arrived within 24 hours. Caleb was our service technician and was very friendly and introduced himself right away away. Very professional. He replaced our thermostat and a capacitor in our A/C. He said to call if we have further issues. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Called DeRocher to get an estimate on replacing furnace & air . Aaron came out next day. Went over everything we needed, discussed options, prices etc with us. Day & time was set up for installation. Aaron & Caleb were on time. Got to work, removing the old & replaced with the new. They are courteous, answered very question & the cost was reasonable. We will highly recommend them. It's great to know that we have 24hr service & they will be able to maintain our needs.

This is definitely the team you need to work with! My AC went out and I have a fiance with health issues. I ended up needing a new fan motor and capacitor on my unit and they had the parts available for immediate repair. When I submitted my service call, Kylie and her team had me back up and running in 1 day! I am so thankful for their quick response and service. They have also done previous work on my heating unit and always had me back up and going quickly. They take a lot of pride and effort in their work.
