DO NOT USE THEM!!! The woman they sent did nothing we asked. Dust still everywhere, the floors were not mopped because the same marking was on the floor that I left, she didn't clean the master bathroom but she did go in there for some reason.

She cleaned the microwave plate but not the remainder of the inside. She didn't wipe the counters nor do the dishes. The stairs were not vacuumed.

SO I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFFS AND THE LADY WHO CLEANED SHOULD BE FIRED. I think her name was Marisol.

I even called to ask her what she cleaned because I was confused.

If I could give zero stars I would.

This is not just a cleaning service! Erik painted my entire upstairs in about 3 hours. Amazing price, quality, and clean up. He did not take any breaks and I just kept feeding him water as this was done in July. He just kept working until finished. Impressive.

Marisol has been cleaning our home 1-2 times a month for over a year now. We love her! She shows up on time, works hard and is friendly. Most importantly, she will clean only what I ask her to clean, unlike other companies that have insisted on using their own list. For example, I need help dusting and cleaning our three levels of floors, but not help emptying trash cans (!). I highly recommend her!

We have lived in a new house with the flooring less than 4 years old. Flooring is coming apart and is at different angels. I have been informed by Royal Flooring that that is normal, nothing can be done. Two people live in the house and work full-time, I would hate to think if a family of 4 or 5 had this product with what we have been told. They seem to not stand behind the products they sell. Buyer beware for dang sure. Shop around for dang sure. PLEASE CHECH with the BBB before buying,many complaints have been filed with them and they will be getting another soo . Product they sell less than 4 years old and will have to be replaced.

Andrea Schroeder was so helpful in the purchase of the blinds for our home. She came to our home, took measurements, and gave her design expertise on which style would flow with the decor of our home. She was always so quick to respond to any questions I had during the process. The installer was also wonderful and was done very quickly and efficiently. We absolutely love our new blinds. 6+ month wait for some simple warranty work to be completed. Buyer beware!

We worked with Rook for our master bathroom tile project and he was fantastic! From helping us pick out the tile, to scheduling the project, to managing through a few unforseen hiccups, Rook and the entire staff were wonderful to work with. They kept communicating proactively with us, and the job they did was excellent! We will definitely use Royal Flooring again for our next project.

Justin goes out of his way to make sure your experience is an easy one. I was unsure of what kind of flooring I wanted. I chose a laminate wood and it looks amazing! The installation was very quick and they did an excellent job. Will definitely go back for my next project

We have recently completed a major home remodeling project through Royal Flooring with Andrea as our project manager/designer. From beginning to end the process went very smoothly. Andrea was extremely helpful and insightful as we selected flooring, paint, blinds and kitchen materials. Her response time on text, phone calls and e-mails was very fast and no questions went unanswered. She established a time line and insured that everyone involved stayed on schedule with minimal disruption to our home. She works with a great group of installers and artisans that insure a quality and beautiful result. Plan you project with Andrea and you will be thrilled with the outcome. We certainly are! If we could rate Andrea more than 5 stars we would.

We had a great experience with Royal Flooring. Our sales representative Matt did a fantastic job helping us pick quality flooring that met our budget. The flooring was installed by Humberto which did a fantastic job. He was great to work with and left everything looking professional installed and clean. We even tried to tip him and he declined but thanked us for our business.

I was referred by a family friend to use their service and was more than happy with my results! Jordan did a great job and would gladly use them again for installing carpet.

This place was great to work with...they matched the price of a competitor and we are thrilled with our new flooring...it was delivered to us and we are in the process of installing it!

After 4 months of trying to get service on our home, which they did the original work they “parted ways” with us. Explained to the estimator Case in November what we wanted done & again in a few emails to Justin the sales person once we finally got ahold of someone following the estimate. Even sending Justin pictures again in an email telling them there was a 2nd area that needed fixed. They never updated their scope of work or explained what they could or couldn’t do. Just left us hanging after months of waiting.

Always impressed with Royal Flooring. The customer service is very good! Anthony was great to work with and we get a a lot of compliments on our carpet and window coverings.

Andrew was wonderful to work with. Very responsive and answered all of my questions timely. Was super friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect carpet and LVP for our home! Would highly recommend!
