Excellent residential cleaning services!

I work in commercial property management and I made the decision to switch over to Top Job when our prior cleaning company really dropped the ball. Kris made the emergency transition so smooth and painless. Not only have I been more than satisfied with the quality of cleaning in our buildings, but we have also gotten countless compliments from not only tenants, but visitors as well. Kris manages his team so well and is the most responsive and professional vendor I've worked with. His team cleans about 200,000 SF for us M-F and they never disappoint! I would recommend Kris and his team at Top Job for any commercial cleaning job!

The team of Lupe, Patty and Sonia were professional, courteous, hard working. I hired them to do a deep clean. They moved couches to vacuum, got some gunk off a stainless steel sink that we thought was there permanently, etc. I could not have been more pleased!

I have known Rick for a couple decades and he is a clean freak. Rick is very meticulous and did an amazing job cleaning my house exterior. Don't forget to feed him or he will turn into a grumpy old man. ;)

Rick was on time and got to work. Our house is white. Knew it was dirty in spots but did not know how really dirty it was. Was worried about our new windows getting dirty but they are shiny bright and clean. Thanks Rick.

Our nearly 100 year old home is in an extremely wooded area and the lifespan of our roof and siding is basically cut in half because of it! A friend recommended a roof/siding cleaning instead and I am amazed at how good it looks! The owner was very good at communication and extremely professional and friendly- He is also a perfectionist and took extra time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! The exterior of our house had not been cleaned in 15 years. The north facing side needed lots of help. Rick was able to get everything clean and looking in new condition. I would highly recommend.

My old house looked like it needed a new roof......BAD. My family friend got her roof cleaned by Optimax and it ended up looking brand new again so I tried it out. Best. Decision. Ever! I'll probably get another 15 years out of my 20 year old roof! Not to mention I had some grime on the side of my house and Rick took care of that as well while he was there. I'm impressed!

We noticed our neighbor having their home's exterior cleaned by Rick/Optimax. The results were fabulous, so we scheduled our home for the same service. Our vinyl siding, soffits, gutters, and fascia hadn't been professionally cleaned for 15 years. Now, everything is bright and clean! Our gutters had accumulated a blackish mildew/crud over the years and now they are sparkling white. Rick/Optimax was careful to not damage our landscaping and plants. We really liked the Optimax process versus the potentially damaging high pressure wash cleaning. Rick was very professional explaining the Optimax cleaning process. We'd definitely hire Optimax again for this type of exterior house "detailing", and you should as well!!
