First time using this company... The cleaner arrived promptly and with a cheerful, attentive attitude. He cleaned 40 upper story windows on my home, some of them quite difficult to reach. He did a thorough job and checked with me before leaving. He assured me that he would return if I later found any issues, but I did not. Will use Crystal Clean Windows again.

They got us on their schedule quickly (in time for a family gathering). They did an excellent job cleaning exterior windows that we could not reach without long poles and being on a ladder at the same time…not an easy thing for us who are over 65. The windows, which get lots of sun in late afternoon, were truly “crystal clear”, and are no longer an embarrassment when we have guests over. Their correspondence was professional from start to finish, and the cost was better than I had expected. I will use this business again!

Crystal Clean windows did a great job of cleaning our 48, outside windows. The gentleman was very polite, did a thorough job, and the price was reasonable. I will use their service again.

We used Crystal Clean Windows earlier this year for all of our windows and they were amazing. We needed to have the inside of 2 dormer windows in our attic cleaned too and they were willing to do this for us as we aren't able to access the space ourselves through the access in the garage. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great company! The process was so easy to schedule. Jeremiah reached out and made the scheduling easy & the fellas that came out to clean were great. Even saw one of them come back multiple times to make sure they got everything. Using them again!

Crystal Clean did an awesome and professional job on the windows in our 2 story house. Loved that they used a rinse solution so the rain water just runs off and leaves no streaking or spots. We definitely have them clean our windows again.

I provided my feedback to the team and they apologized and offered to come back and remedy any problems I had. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend but I appreciate the owner or manager who tried to make things right.

The team did not follow through with the service as quoted. They left the floors and window sills a mess. I had to have the floors professionally cleaned afterward. I was glad I was home while the service was done. I wouldn’t have felt comfortable with the team in my house unsupervised. They were not prepared for the job and had to rush to get things done (half the team left for another job they said - not the greatest scheduling in my opinion and not fair to the employees that were left understaffed and had to hustle to get the job done). Left all of us with not the greatest experience.

I wouldn’t recommend the dryer vent service either. Made my laundry room a mess. After I made them aware of this during the time of visit they said that is what happens(not what is stated in the service quote). They did come back and clean up a bit after I spoke with the customer experience manager.

Save yourself the mess and stress. I would not recommend. Whole experience left me feeling disappointed.

Very professional and courteous. Did a fantastic job with windows, glass doors and siding! Second year using this company, and plan to continue using. Highly recommmend to anyone who values their personal time. Well worth the investment.
