I had a customer out in Altoona, Iowa that was having problems with some light fixtures built into my equipment. They were able to coordinate and replace all of the bad fixtures for me while I'm based out of Atlanta, GA. The process could not have been easier. I would recommend for anyone needing foodservice repair or machines serviced.
Very friendly, HOWEVER... I had an issue with ice cream dipping cabinet, 7-10 business days before they would arrive. $500 hold on credit card without knowing when they would show up. A week later, they show up and tell me that it is in fact what I thought was the issue, told me to order it on Parts Town. They could, but it would be another 7-10 business days, another fee for showing up + part + labor. For $375 they told me what I already suspected & didn't fix it. The whole experience felt like me requesting a service call was: we can, but you're going to get price-gouged. Are you sure?
