Absolutely terrific!! I noticed my smoke alarm was chirping yesterday; figured it was the battery, but sure enough when I unscrewed it it was wet. I call Wolf, Jenny answered and told me not to worry because they might have someone nearby to get over there ASAP. Jenny called back in a few minutes to tell me Geoff/Jeff would be there in the next 30mins. Jeff showed up in less time than that, identified the problem and had a fix right away! Cannot express how pleased I am with Jenny and Geoff. Polite, courteous, knowledgeable, and most importantly got the job done!

Great customer service! Rusty came out the same day I called for a free estimate. He was friendly and respectful. He thoroughly explained what he thought the problem was and answered all of my questions. He examined the whole roof and inside the attic. He took pictures of the problem and what he did to fix it.

Wolf did an excellent job repairing a leak around my chimney which was a result of poor workmanship by another company.

Wolf did a fantastic job. The roof looks great. They were in and out in a day. Cleaned up great, too.

Well not so good. My wife got a estimate from them to repair our roof leak. We decided to accept estimate and approve work. The estimator for,some,reason decided,they didn't want,the job. And without,disclosing any,reason. He proceeded to blow,us,off. My wife tried several times,to,schedule,repairs, and her best,reply was, Oh ill try to schedule something with my guys... So for that period of,time my leak that I was hoping Wolf construction could help,me with but we were ignored. So I have had to use another company. Using these companies is,like voting. Choose Wisely. Wolf construction isn't going to be,on my list.

Couldn't have had a better experience! Rusty gave us a quick quote on a roof leak, did a quick fix (so the leak in the kitchen didn't get worse) and set us up to do the full repair. Workers showed up and did a great job! Excellent company!

This experience could not have been better, from the first call to the final product. We had a leak occur during a storm. I called that afternoon and Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. Within 24 hours Rusty had inspected the leak, found the damage to repair and completed the job. They could not have been friendlier or more professional. Will always go back for my roofing needs!

I was pleased with the initial installation 2 years ago, but they appear to not want to repair my roof after the hail storm. They looked at my roof, and said I only needed maintenance, but sent me an estimate for a completely new roof. Insurance only paid me for repairs. I emailed and met with them, but they never sent me an estimate. No loyalty to former customers.

Wolf Roofing was excellent to work with. I had a tree fall on my house and Kevin came out that same day and made sure that everything was secure so no rain would get in. Kevin and Jen work easy to work with and I would definitely work with them again!

Like many, I was hit with the Hail Storm of '23, being new to the area I was not sure who to contact. I had reached out to a friend and he provided the name of a different company which I did reach out to, to schedule an inspection and quote.
In the meantime, my neighbor had used Wolf last summer for a new roof (yeah they were hit to), and Kevin (from Wolf) was at their home to do an inspection. While on my Neighbors roof we chatted a bit, and I asked him if he could look at mine as well. Which he gladly did, and I am thankful that he did as he found one of my roof vents had been shattered and I was not aware of it. He quickly patched ALL of my vents to prevent any interior water damage (at no charge) and showed me pictures of the roof damage.
He promised a quote within a few days, and I was pleasantly surprised to have a quote the next day. I did still go through the process with the first company, due diligence and all.
So why did I choose Wolf, first and foremost, the customer service WAS TOP NOTCH. From my first interacting with Kevin, and the subsequent chats with Kevin and the emails with Jennifer, I was blown away. Secondly, they provided me a quote!! The first company I called, even after asking three times, would NOT provide me with a quote “we like to review your adjustors and insurance notes to ensure they are not missing anything before we give a quote”, well, we all know what that means, the quote will be exactly what the insurance gave me. So yeah, NO GAMES with Wolf!!
Excellent quality, completed quickly, and best of all, the invoice matched the quote!!!
I forgot to mention Jesse, the foreman on my project, what a great dude, he took the time to explain some things, answer my questions and was fun to chat with.
I will recommend Wolf to all of my friends, families and neighbors!

I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Wolf. We needed a new roof and gutters after a hail storm. We interviewed several companies. We were blown away by the professionalism and detail of the entire process with Wolf. Our point person, Jesse, was responsive to texts and phone calls and kept us in the loop at every turn. The crew was hard working and cleaned everything as they went. They took pictures of everything so we knew what was replaced and repaired. The icing on the cake is that I feel 110% confident if we need anything in the future they are a phone call away and will take care of it. I have told anyone who asks for a recommendation that I would not use any other company except Wolf!

Bought a house last year and seen some water on my ceiling after a storm. I knew the previous owner had to put a new roof on with Wolf Roofing and had the home sided with a different company due to a storm. Contacted the siding company and they never came out to look at the issue. Jesse came out right away and investigated the issue to find that the siding company did not install the step flashing down far enough to keep the water from running into the home. He also noticed the gutters were not properly installed as well. His crew fixed the issue really fast at no charge and I appreciate everything they did to help me out! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
