Mac Pro provided quick courteous service for a flooding event at my home in the middle of the night. Clinton, Brandon etal are a pleasure to work with during an stressful situation.

Chase was SO HELPFUL! We had a small flood at our daycare center and Chase was ON THE CASE! Very helpful, informative, and got the job done right. 10/10!!

A water leak occurred at my residence in early summer. My connection had been leaking for a very long time and resulted in black mold. I hired MacPro to do remediation and repair. I never would have gotten through this without the expertise and empathy of Clinton and his kind and experienced team. Clinton and his team always put me first even when my insurance company did not. SO MUCH MORE THAN MOLD REMEDIATION!!! We found Mac Pro after a leaking toilet caused mold in several rooms in our house. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and great at communicating. Due to being a part of an HOA our insurance took a long time to take our claim. But Mac Pro were patient with us and worked with the same systems so that their adjustment would match that of our insurance company. They did a great just with mold remediation and removal and became the contractor when it was time to rebuild. Their staff members are friendly, respectful and always on time. The jobs they couldn’t do themselves they outsourced to experts in each field. We had the peace of mind knowing that we didn’t have to vet individual companies because Mac Pro already did the hard work. We will definitely be using them if we have any issues in the future.

Called MacPro with a dryer vent issue. Clinton was very helpful over the phone; clear & concise on the steps & how they were going to determine the potential issue. The service tech, Shawn, arrived on time. He was kind & professional. He had no qualms about scaling our two-story townhouse, & was efficient at determining what was wrong. Ended up being an extremely clogged vent at the end of the vent line. Shawn was to the point, & did only what needed to be done to fix the problem. Excellent service, professional, & very reasonably priced. I'll definitely be recommending MacPro as the folks to call!

I thought I was contacting a company directly, but apparently that’s some Angi’s list slick marketing tactics. Luckily, I was contacted by Clinton at MacPro, he explained the marketing gimmick and proceeded to set an appt. He showed up on time, had a professional set up and went over the entire process. (His competitor called, but never showed or presented a bid) MacPro’s online deposit, payment and scheduling was convenient and helpful (maybe too many reminders :). I feel as I got a great value for the amount spent. The price was not cheap, but fair and a good value for the workmanship and attention to detail. The entire process was professional, organized and I would definitely recommend. (I already have).

Having water in the basement is not fun. I just wanted to avoid the situation. But, that is not realistic. Since my first contact with MacPro, I knew I was in good hands. They handled everything and treated my "stuff" with care and compassion. They were thorough, worked with my insurance, and trustworthy. Even though the situation was horrible, MacPro was there to assist me through the entire process!

We used Clinton for our Christmas lights. He was quick to respond, professional and answered all of our questions. The light quality is great and we have received several compliments.

Oh, my, what a great group of people. I hadn’t
had water in my basement for years! Well, I did and I called MacPro Restore and they came almost immediately. The staff has been amazing in every way! They explained what needed to be done so even I could understand. Kind, considerate, knowledgable and prompt ready to help when they dug right into the failed sump pump and a few age details since the house was built in 1983.

Clinton and his team did a phenomenal job restoring our deck, steps and shed. It's amazing how great the deck looks now. I hope Clinton reads this and can add a before photo because I mistakenly forgot to take one. Highly recommend Clinton and his MacPro Restore team!

Absolutely the best. Kody, Gabe & Kyle installed the huge LR window and BD window in 2 1/2 hours. Cleaned up afterwards and removed our old windows. We were impressed with their professional.

Windows definitely are an enhancement for our house.

Our plans will be to install more windows with Renewal by Anderson in near future.

I have needed new windows for some time and decided during the State Fair this year I should look into them as it is supposed to be cold winter and high heating prices. The salesman come to my home and showed me a sample of a Renewal by Andersen window and told me all the discounts I was eligible for. I decided I should go ahead and have them installed. They came at 8:00 a.m on Monday and had them all put in that day then came back on Tuesday to finish the outside and we're done by noon. The workers were nice, worked hard and answered any questions politely.

The guys who installed my new windows were great. They were respectful, polite, answered any and all of my questions. They made sure I was happy with how the windows worked & how they looked both inside and out.

The team is very good at their job. No hesitation in making sure the project stayed on track. They are good at thinking problems out. We have an unusual ceiling. They were able to get the windows installed in less time then I thought they could.

April 1st our new Anderson Renewal windows were installed. No joke! My very mechanical husband was ecstatic with the installation by Gabe and his crew. For me who arrived at the end of the process I was more than pleased with the time given to me to answer all my questions and explain the couple of things the crew want the service person to check. Although small inconsistencies Gabe assured us they will be improved when the service tech checks them out. I so appreciate the time and effort put in. My husband always says it is worth spending the extra money when you are happy with the service and I agree. Thank you!.

We ordered our picture windows, bedroom window and slider door from Renewal by Anderson and had them installed.
Phil came out to look and give us quotes. He was a little overwhelmed when he came over as he didn't get the design quite right. He over quoted us on the picture windows by $5000, as he thought they needed to be custom instead of a window casement unit. He called back to let us know.
Clay came over also to measure and that is when Clay found the error that Phil had made. Clay measures and makes sure the sales folks have the right measurements to order.
We wanted to spend the same amount, so we added a bedroom window. He quoted us the same price. A few days later called back and said it was $500 more. We opted for a loan, so we asked can we roll that into the construction loan? We were approved for more than the quote, so adding $500 should be ok. Phil advised that I had to call the loan company to check. I did and they treated my like a kindergartner that didn't know math, because the loan approval amount was more than the quote. I called Phil back and it took him another week before he placed the order. I don't know why or what the mix up was, but he didn't place the order on time.
Fast forward 4 months, the tech came to put in the windows. (BTW I had not heard from Phil this whole time, since he put in the order. Renewal sent emails about status and when they would be at the house to install)
Mac and Miles were so professional and they knew exactly what to do. I LOVE our new windows. The craftmanship is top notch. We had some custom wood trim and they matched it perfect. The windows were put in the 1st of October.
Mac and Miles were at our place for two days, originally scheduled for 3. Clay came by both days to check and make sure we were happy and everything was going as planned. Mac and Miles asked if we needed anything or had questions about their work. We had a few adjustments including a piece of wood to cover the metal on the slider. They accommodated us without complaint.
When Mac and Miles left on day two, we had a questionnaire to complete and one of the questions was "Did your sales folks show up to see the work or check on you as a customer". NO, Phil didn't come by and didn't call.....until the paperwork came back that he didn't show up. Because he text at night on the 3rd day and wanted to see the work. He called and asked if he could come take some pictures. I had just been diagnosed with breast cancer, met with the surgeon on the 2nd day of install. It was a very scary time for me. Phil wanted to come when Mac and Miles had already left. We told him sorry we were busy, but he was still asked if he could come out and take pictures of the outside. I was already going through so much, I thought it was rude that Phil couldn't make time for us on the days of install. The whole build was $33,000. You think the sales guy would make an appearance, but maybe our amount was not large enough for that type of service. He sent a Christmas card and asked to take pictures. I think you missed your "window" of opportunity. The windows are beautiful, I wish you could showcase them.
We do need to get some more windows and another slider door this year.
Regarding the windows and doors themselves. They have made a very significant difference in our heating and cooling. The heat and fireplace don't have to work as hard, because air is not escaping through the windows and door cracks. The old windows were 30 years old and no insulation around the windows. Renewals windows don't leak air, they are not hot or cold to the touch or when you are standing next to the windows. The windows are clear and make such a difference looking outside. The windows and the wood around are beautiful. It is a major improvement for our house.
This was a significant investment in our house and it was worth spending the time and money to get new windows and a slider door.

Frank was so informative and explained the process very well so I was confident I would receive excellent service. When installation day came around, that is exactly what I received, excellent service. After the installation, Caleb conducted a walkthrough with me to show me how to proper operate my new windows and make sure it was up to my satisfaction. I will be using Renewal by Anderson in the future.
