The team that comes to our building is a professional team. They are good at what they do and always willing to listen and learn when we have anything to add. they also check up on their employees to make sure things are being done properly. They are also very nice, although sometimes language barriers can be an issue. I have always found a way to communicate our needs to the team.

Stratus has been a very important piece in our daily operations at the Brenton Skating Plaza. They are reliable and very contentious. Their customer service is top notch and our bathrooms are always spotless.

Stratus does a great job cleaning at the Toro DC. I have been using them for years. They have hard working crews and have follow up audits in place done onsite and then sent online as well.

We currently use Stratus Building Solutions for our normal cleanings at our worksite and when we had a Covid case pop up - Erika at Stratus was the first person I reached out to. She very quickly worked with me to get a deep cleaning set up at our location. She was very responsive and they communicated on their end to gain access and make it easy on our end. They came in that night and sprayed 2 buildings for us. They sent videos of various areas to show what was done and we received a certificate too. Very satisfied and happy with Stratus Building Solutions! I would highly recommend them and use them again if necessary!

I recently hired Stratus to clean the rafters in our screen printing shop. After five years of accumulated shirt lint, the buildup on our ceiling and rafters was significant.

A three-man team arrived on a Saturday while we were closed to do the cleaning. When I returned on Monday, the shop was cleaner than I could have imagined. They had carefully covered all of our machinery and equipment with plastic to protect it during the process, leaving no mess behind. It was like walking into a day one shop.
