If you want an honest take this is what you’re looking for. This morning at 8, four vehicles pulled up to our u-turn. 8-4 not one tree or branch was cut down and when approached they all claimed they didn’t know English (the time was around 8:40) and they went on and ignored my family and I (on our own property). They insisted on sitting in their trucks for a few more hours, until a few of the men walked around our yard pissing in our open field and behind trees.

Even one incident occurred where one worker walked across the road to our neighbors, and get this. One of the men picked up one of my neighbors chickens and was jokingly humping it (I wish I was joking).

For the rest of the day they took up our u-turn and sat in their cars calling people or watching something on their phones. I don’t mind the fact they were there, but when you’re messing with peoples property and simply not doing your job that’s what bothers me.

I would like company feedback, because I seen their other replies and their denial is actually insane. How does a company explain this to a customer or another business looking for their service when they simply do nothing, if you want better services email me and I’ll send you to referral links better tree service companies!

Workers jumped over our fence and broke about 20 pickets and damaged poles. I had it on video and pictured and the manager still tried to say that it was my fences condition that made it break. But there was no reason for the workers to be jumping over my fence anyway. They promised to fix it but I never heard from them again.

This is a fast growing Successful company ! Knowing Wrights tree service for almost 4 years, they do take pride in exceeding customer experience. They make sure to prioritize safety.
Communication is smooth as always. I recommend this company a thousand times over .

My 83 year old father blew a tire on his SUV this morning on Hwy 169 in Miami County Kansas. Two Wright Tree Service trucks stopped immediately and changed his tire to his spare, putting him right back on the road. My dad tried paying them cash but they wouldn’t accept it.

My beautiful tree in our front yard is now a eyesore. Thank you for ruining what was once a beautiful feature to our front yard. I am in tears just looking at how ugly my tree looks right now and how it is the 1st thing you notice when looking at our house. I understand you need to trim branches for power lines but your company hacked away at our tree with no regards to the homeowners who have to live with looking at it.

Not one guy spoke english..... Instead of backing into my yard, he drove the whole 2 acre lot to do a turnaround Power line is in front part of yard. DTE hired these guys to cut trees down instead they just "trimed" them leaving a couple branches on tree to look awful. Told them to cut them down. No no we just trim in spanish. After all that they take a lunch in my back yard after all work is done. while my dog is ready to go. Would be nice to be able to communicate to somebody on the crew.

Absolutely the worst company and experience with Wright Tree Service. They were contracted out to cut tree limbs away from power lines and when I approached them about the unnecessary cutting back of 20 feet of flimsy limbs from our beautiful mature Hemlocks that would never endanger a power line even if some were to break, they replied, "maybe buy a house without trees." I stated how incredibly unprofessional they were and they again replied, "we don't care". So there you have it. They don't care. Hire folks who take pride in their work and can carry on a professional conversation with those who care about the trees on their property. I'd like to give them no stars, but that wasn't an option.
