Prime Home Upkeep has helped our family complete numerous home repairs and improvements over the last few years. Every time they have been timely, courteous, and experienced. We recently contacted them for lawn care service:regular mowing and trimming, one-time bush trimming, hauling away brush). We are very happy with their work! Reasonably priced too! ! We will see them every week for lawn care, and through the winter with snow removal.We are very thankful to have Prime Home Upkeep in our community.

Fantastic work! As a homeowner, it can be hard to find a company that truly takes care of everything on your repair list—but Prime Home Upkeep does exactly that. This time, Todd helped us with a dishwasher installation and hauling away the old one. He was incredibly thorough and extremely helpful, making sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly. It’s such a relief to have a home maintenance company we can consistently rely on. Highly recommend!

Scott Wilke and his crew are very knowledgeable and experienced. We had a landscaping job that was fairly significant around three sides of our house done. They are very professional and took extra steps and precautions to keep my property safe as they performed their work. They also cleaned up after all of their work as if you didn't even know that they had been here. I would recommend them and prime home upkeep for any jobs in the future for anyone.

The project is not complete. They are waiting for the wood to dry before they clear coat & stain it.
But so far it all good. Like Brandon's hands on & detailed approach.

Prime Home Upkeep sent Slater to do work for us. Slater was congenial and was very knowledgeable on allspice of the work we asked for. I will definitely call this company again.

I would not recommend this company for window cleaning. They showed up with Windex and paper towels — not exactly professional-grade tools. They tried to charge me $500 for windows that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned — not even touched with a microfiber cloth. When I called to express my concerns, they argued with me and claimed the windows were just too old to get clean.

I ended up sending them photos and videos of my husband cleaning the windows with a microfiber cloth, showing that they were barely touched in the first place. Only then did they offer a $200 discount. I understand older windows can be tricky, but the whole experience lacked communication and fairness.

Prime Home Upkeep are magnificent. Everyone is trustworthy. Their work is impeccable. I won’t use any one else’s. You just don’t know who some of these people are wanting to do services. I am completely sold on this company for everything I need done. Every employee is awesome and polite

So friendly & efficient! Easy to arrange the services as my husband is often able to move snow…. But when he can’t, I’m so thankful for the relationship I have w the company to receive the services needed!! And since the snow came again just a few hours later, the Team came back to complete the work !! I didn’t need to contact them…. They knew to come back! Wow!! I am so impressed!! I will never consider giving my business to Prime Home Upkeep again. At 30 minutes past the inspection appointment time, they texted me (after I already reached out to them to ask if the appointment was still happening) and said they were running 30 minutes behind. I had to cancel and reschedule to the next day. At this appointment, they told me my quote would be ready by end of day tomorrow (Friday). It was not ready. I reached out for an update and was told on Monday (had to reach out to them twice) it would be done by latest Wednesday morning. It was not ready. I reached out Thursday for a follow up and did not get a response. Reached out Friday for a follow up and was told it would be done that day. Never received it. Sunday came around and I left a review about my experience. Then Sunday I received my quote with $200 taken off and an apology through text. Gave them some grace and deleted my review and scheduled the appointment for my project and paid my $500 deposit. Received an appointment confirmation that they were to arrive August 11 between 9 and 10 AM. no one showed. I texted at 11:30 to ask if someone was still coming out, no response. I called at noon, left a voicemail. At 1 I called again and was pushed straight to voicemail. Had my boyfriend call from his number and it rang and rang. I tried calling again at 1:30, pushed to voicemail. I texted again saying to call me immediately as I need my deposit returned and I'm canceling the project. No response.

I'm extremely satisfied with the service from Prime Home Upkeep. They were responsive. They did a thorough determination of the issue before providing an estimate and they stuck to the estimate when the work was performed. The cost was reasonable. I will certainly be using them again when needed.

After reading the owner story I knew I found my contractor. I called all 5 star companies and most wouldn’t or couldn’t help me. I was beyond frustrated wishing my dad was alive because I knew he could have helped. So glad I found Prime Home UpKeep. From the first phone call to the goodbye I was impressed and felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. Thank you to Ryan and his dream team y’all went above and beyond! Prime Home Upkeep did a great job! They got to work quickly after getting us an estimate, communicated everything, and made sure everything was done at a high quality. We love the work they did and it looks great!

Very professional staff. Completed several jobs and was very thorough. Did some ceiling repair and I appreciate how clean the areas were after work was finished. They have done Christmas lights, lawn care, and snow removal. I like they send a text when they are coming. Just did a great job on trimming bushes, too. Will have them back again!!

Mine and my husband’s cars were stuck in our driveway due to the amount of snowfall and our snow blower had not arrived yet. We had used prime home upkeep in the past and after calling tons of snow removal to try and help, we called Pat (on a Saturday) and he came over to our aid! We only needed the end of our driveway cleared but Pat cleared our entire drive and sidewalk! We cannot thank Pat enough to take time out of his day off to come help us during the aftermaths of this blizzard. Also our fence is amazing! I highly recommend using them for any of your home needs, we certainly will be using them again!

Came home to a “spring cleanup” when leaves weren’t picked up. Dead grass laying everywhere. Charged 310 dollars for .2 acre lot. A friend of mine had a spring cleanup by them as well who has almost two acres was charged the exact same? Make that make sense. Said they don’t put their vac system on mowers for spring cleanups? Don’t understand that. Not professional. All they said was sorry we will take 50 bucks off. Won’t be using this service again.

I have no idea how this place has a 4.9 rating. Their lawn people are good. Snow removal last year (2024-2025 season) was awful. And this season on the day of the large snowfall (11-28-25) they sent an email saying they were no longer doing snow removal. I had made other plans, but that is horrible customer service.
Oddly a review from 3 weeks ago said they did great snow removal. Someone is writing fake reviews.
I did notice one 5 star review was written by their owner. Maybe most of their reviews are written by employees.
I'd stay away.

I had a very fine experience with Prime Home Upkeep. They spend time with me explaining what options I had and listened carefully. When agreeing on the work their estimate was competitive. The company always stayed in contact and were professional throughout the construction (deck) process. I plan to hire them for other work I have planned in the future. Ryan was a pleasure to work with!

I’m surprised this company even has 3 stars. The employees have no respect for your property or the health of the tree they are trimming. I think they just hire people willing to climb up in the trees with a chainsaw and have no consideration for what they actually doing. I should mention I did NOT hire them, they were contracted with our local energy company to trim trees around the power line. I will be filing a complaint with the energy company as well.
