I hate to put a chink in all the five-stars armor here. The workmanship was excellent. Ryan did an outstanding job, was very pleasant and I would definitely have him back for more projects. Just a super nice guy. Megan in the office was also very good at getting back to me after I emailed. My only comment is just don't be in a hurry. It took the better part of three weeks for someone to call me just to set up a time to look at the job. I'll be honest, I was checking out other companies by that point. I was going to give three stars, but that didn't seem fair, considering the excellent quality of work done and the kindness of Ryan and Megan. I understand everyone is busy and may be shorthanded, so I tried to keep that in mind while I waited.

I had a really great experience with Prime Home Upkeep. I just moved into a house that is new to me but 100 years old. Ethan was able to change out several electrical outlets to meet code.
Ethan and Todd laid down a new kitchen floor that looks amazing. And then Ethan installed register grates over open duct work so my kitty is now safe to roam around.

A good first impression. First encounter with Ryan Housh (Prime Home Upkeep) was positive and welcoming. It was easy to share with him my ideas behind restoring my pergola built a several years ago. Ryan also added helpful suggestions along the way letting me know he had a good handle on what needed to be done; making my selection in choosing WHO I wanted to do the job easy. Awesome job! All of the grab bars and towel bars, etc. look great and I am very pleased how they look. Todd was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I plan to use Prime Home Upkeep in the future for any repairs, or service work needed around my home.

Any work we’ve had done has been top quality at a reasonable price. We absolutely love the work the two young men did to hang our Christmas lights. They arrived 10 minutes early and did the job with no fuss. They left for the next job before I could thank them, and the work was perfect. Glad to know Prime’s workers are bonded and insured and we don’t have to research someone new for every little job. Prime has taken care of a variety of household issues for several friends, too. Great service.

Was super impressed with this company! Needed dryer vent, cleaned and then found out they could hang holiday lights and had them power wash and stain my fence as well. Sounds like they can pretty much cover just about anything I need done! A great crew to work with, and super polite and responsive!

Seems like they don't pay suppliers. Prime Home Upkeep completed a siding project for my HOA, but now a year later I have a mechanics lien from ABC supply claiming they were never paid by Prime Home Upkeep. So now I'm paying more in order to sell my home.

I guess if you want to spend time in court and fight trumped up liens, get work done by them.

We've used Prime Home Upkeep for several home repairs and have always been very satisfied with their work, promptness, and customer service. We will continue and make them our first call.
