My wife is 7 months pregnant, considered high risk, and I have MS and we really just needed some help cleaning around the house which has become harder to do for both to do. Ms moments got us set up with just a couple hours a month and it was so wonderful and such a major help. I would absolutely recommend The Queen of Clean to anyone, they do a great job!!! We have very much enjoyed working with Kristi! This is our first time using a house cleaning service and she was so helpful when she came over and talked to us and gave us a quote for our home. She answered all of our questions and is always very quick to respond if we have additional questions over email. Her staff is thorough and leaves detailed feedback for us in our notes. So far we are loving this service!

We had a great first experience with Queen of Clean and would strongly recommend their services. Their staff was friendly, and while here, inquired as to whether there was anything in particular that we wanted cleaned or in a particular way. Very thorough and a great value. We’ve got them scheduled back in another couple weeks, as it truly makes our lives easier, and allows us more quality time as a family.

I’ve used the Queen of Clean monthly for the past several years and I have very much enjoyed the service they provide. They do a great job of cleaning all levels of my place and I have rarely had any issues - the few times I have they addressed them quickly and ensured the areas that weren’t as clean as they could be were cleaned next time! The team is very personable, and so accommodating when I am working from home.

We have had good experiences with all of our cleaners at Queen of Clean. The owners and managers are very clear with communication and we have always been happy with our service. We have had Taryn as our "regular" cleaner for the past few months and are delighted with how thorough she is (it feels like we get a "deep clean" each time we have a scheduled cleaning! Absolutely recommend. We have two kids and two dogs and our house is immaculate when we come home.

Had my first deep clean with The Queen of Clean and my place looked FANTASIC! The floors were literally squeaky clean. They did my oven and fridge as part of the initial deep clean and it's so nice to have that off my plate. They even did my toaster oven! Highly reccommend!

The Queen of Clean crew members always do an excellent job. The time invested in each cleaning job shows, and I love coming home to the fresh smell of an immaculate home! Crew members are always pleasant and express how much they love their work, which says a lot about the company. Highly recommend.

In all honesty, working with Queen of Clean hasn't been the finest experience. My original meeting to view the house was on a Friday, and I was promised that an agreement would be provided to me on Monday. I requested a call on Tuesday, and I would hear back by Wednesday, I was assured. I had to send another email and ask on Thursday. I had to think about getting scheduled after the agreement was sent. My initial clean was really good, but the objects on the kitchen counter had not been moved to be cleaned behind them, despite a formal document stating that they would. I had also been assured of this during my initial meeting.
I was also assured that the team will return and clean anything we didn't like. They promised to remember the minor details the following time when I emailed about my kitchen counter which did not follow what was stated about returning. I expected to be billed for 5 to 6 estimated man hours, but when I received the invoice, I was charged for 7. My ring camera shows that the workers were at my location for 4 hours, 37 minutes. The cost was not made explicit. Aside from the kitchen counter tops, my initial clean was quite great, and I was thrilled entering. I'm looking for a different business that values its customers and treats them right, so I don't have to constantly contacting them.
Due to the lack of follow-through with returns, the number of times I had to contact them, and the impression that they didn't value my business, I wouldn't suggest this company. A cleaning tip: I felt comfortable having the girls in my home, they were so courteous and other than the kitchen did an amazing job I was pleased with that.

The owner of the business is poor at communicating, she is very rude and irresponsible. The cleaners weren’t very good and left things not cleaned (floors, countertops, my carpets weren’t all the way vacuumed, baseboards, and ceiling fans not dusted either)

I would not recommend this place to any person looking for a satisfying clea or experience.

Shay and Shyra both do excellent work. Shyra recently provided my Mom with a deep cleaning, and my Mom was very happy with the result. Shay has provided my monthly cleaning a few times and always does a great job (and tolerates my very nosy and not-so-helpful cat).

Had my first clean today. I’ve had many other companies but this is first time I felt my home was really clean! The girls worked really hard to make sure everything I requested was just right. They went above and beyond today. Something I rarely see these days. Highly recommend!!

Redzo did an AMAZING job cleaning the townhouse! It smelled so deliciously fresh. It's so stressful moving, but The Queen of Clean & Redzo took a big weight off my shoulders. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
P.S....they are incredibly affordable as well!
