I messaged Premier Junk Removers in a Sunday afternoon to see if they could get to my job Monday morning. Not only did they Quincy respond but they squeezed my job in. Professional, extremely responsive and excellent service and removal of our “junk”. Highly recommend.

I have used this company on several occasions. Not only are they professional and timely, but they truly care about how they handle the stuff even though they know it’s leaving your property. I am pretty critical when it comes to leaving reviews as I am in the hospitality industry, and I know that some people would rather leave a poor review, then try to get the situation handled at the time in which the situation was occurring.

Long story short, we see enough bad reviews online, so I thought it was time to post a good one. Now I just wish I didn’t collect all this stuff over the years!

I found Premier Junk Removers on Google and, after reading several reviews, decided to try it. Devon and his team are prompt, friendly, and easy to reach. After receiving the quote, we scheduled the date to have the materials removed.

That day, when his previous job ran long due to an unforeseen circumstance, I was contacted with an updated ETA. I appreciated the update; communication is important for things like this. Everything was picked up, no mess was left, and I was pleased.

A couple of weeks later, I received a handwritten thank-you note from the office. That's how it's done! I recommend Premier.

I contacted Devon about picking up carpeting and carpet pad from a room I stripped out for new flooring. He responded quickly, gave me a very reasonable quote, and kept the line of communication open. I am going to contact him again when I finish up the last room. I am ripping carpet out of. I would not hesitate to contact him and get a quote. I was very impressed by this young man.

I want to give a shout out to Devon James and his company Premier Junk Removers. My daughter and I volunteered to rehab one of the community rooms for the women at The Beacon Des Moines. I reached out to him to see if he could haul off the old furniture that we wanted to replace. He not only hauled it off but did not charge us a penny for his work or any fees he would incur for disposal. I have used him previously to haul away carpeting that I pulled up when replacing my flooring. He is one of the most kind and caring young men I have ever met! I highly recommend him for any junk removal, house cleanouts, whatever you need hauled away.

I recently just worked with Devon and it was a great experience! He came to pick up some stuff for me on short notice (which was appreciated but I didn’t expect it of him), and handled everything I needed to no problem. Easy to work with and the best part was he is very communicative!
