Xochithl and Metzi arrived promptly. We showed them what we needed and they set straight to work. They finished everything we needed done. They were efficient and very professional. We will definitely have CleanIt out again. But, we will requext these two ladies if they are available.

I recently moved into my new home and noticed that the drains in the shower were running a little slow. I asked Kim (who has helped clean my old place many times) to see what she could do about it. I was expecting a good thorough scrubbing, like she always does. Instead, she took apart the drains and went to town, cleaning out years of build up. Thanks Kim and team for always going above and beyond to make my home shine!!!

I had a team of girls over the other day to clean my house for the first time and I was so shocked when I got home to see how sparkly my floors could actually be ! We chose Clean It because they listened to our needs. Any cleaning service can come in and vacuum the floors once a week. Our company needed someone that was willing to go above and beyond. Clean It's staff puts in the extra detail work to keep our customer showroom looking presentable. If there is ever a concern or areas that needs to be addressed, Sean and Doug make sure it is a top priority. I've recommended Clean It to other friend's and business's and their reviews have been glowing as well.

Tracy was the gal who cleaned my bathroom and carpets. Stains from my cat completely gone after she was through! Beyond grateful. And to top it off, she was super friendly ^_^ 10/10 would recommend.

It’s going to be a long recovery journey and their support really eases my concerns about my house. Love the approach to an hourly rate as I can have them focus on areas that are important that week and skip areas that don’t matter. These ladies are dynamos getting a ton accomplished in the time they have. Such a relief to have a clean house so I can focus on getting better.

The crew was polite, careful and very thorough in the cleaning of the interior and exterior windows in my home. The work was absolutely first rate and they made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. I most certainly will continue to use Clean-It, Inc in the future.

Promises made, promises broken. Unprofessional company with no remorse for lying about their services.

This company should be ashamed of themselves. I contracted them to clean 2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen. I was quoted $40 per hour, and they said it will not take longer than 4 hours MAX. Which I totally agreed with, as the rooms are not very big at all and I had already cleaned a good portion of them myself.

I was charged over $300 for a job that was promised to not exceed $160. After calling to try and remedy the situation, Doug was very rude an unprofessional. He claimed that there were almost 8 hours of work billed, because there were 2 cleaners present. We never discussed 2 cleaners nor did we discuss being billed for almost 8 hours. I never agreed to those terms and would have never agreed to those terms.

He then had the audacity to tell me that I “asked them to do other things while they were there”, and that’s why it took longer??

I WASN’T EVEN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE CLEANING! I wasn’t even in the same state!! How could I have asked them to do more things? Why would I ask them to do more things when I cleaned most of the house myself?

Extremely dishonest. Do not use this company. Shameful.
