Chris came out and gave an honest assessment of our ash tree. I truly believe that he was there to help save the tree and to care for it. He was very knowledgeable, gave detailed information and explanation, and was personal. He was also very efficient and came out a day after contacting him. I would highly recommend him!

I am located in Seattle and used Olson Tree Care's virtual consultation. I needed to know about the health of my tree and needed recommendations on how best to care for it. Turn-around time for the report was really fast, like a day after I sent photos of the tree. Chris was communicative throughout and was available to answer questions about the report after. I highly recommend the online service for those not located in their service area.

We reached out for a consultation on two ash trees in our backyard and Chris came out the same day. He was thorough and knowledgeable about the Emerald Ash Borer and the impact it had on our trees. He gave us advice on preserving our trees and was able to treat them the same day. He followed up via email with a summary of his assessment and recommendations. I definitely recommend Olson Tree Service!
