Reviews of local pros in Windsor Heights, Iowa

The cleaners were pleasant and worked hard. The most impressive part was that I forgot to leave a door open for them. The owner rearranged the schedule and had them return later when I was home. He solved a problem I created.

Colleen was by herself (no partner today), and she did a EXCELLENT job of cleaning and shining up the entire house! She did outstanding work and paid close attention to detail! It was like walking into a brand-new home when she finished! And I felt bad that she had to do everything herself. But I think I got a more thorough cleaning with her alone! Excellent worker!!

I love how clean my house is after this company comes. The girls are always so nice and polite! I 10/10 recommended them. However, it took some time for me to get on the schedule because the owner is definitely slow. I tried to take my experience with him out of the picture while leaving this review.

I've used The Cleaning Authority for years now and have refered several friends and family. I'm used to my living room blankets folded and, on the couch, toilet paper shaped into triangles, bathroom towels folded. Little things like that make me happy. This may seem silly, but it means a lot to me.

Let me tell you these ladies are phenomenal! Always on time. Smiling faces and aim to please. I have 2 young kids which are very messy and these ladies are very detailed and don’t miss a spot. I love working with this company. I love that they can be flexible and I can always count on someone cleaning my house. I have guests that come once and a while to stay and if I need an extra clean or switch a day/time, they can accommodate. You won’t go wrong with choosing them for your cleaning service!

Efficient and thorough, task oriented. Results were very good in all rooms and areas. Today I appreciated the way that they went above and beyond expectations! Thanks!

Really happy with the cleaning, the ladies were nice, and we are very impressed. We are setting up regular cleaning with them

Had 3rd cleaning, really happy with them!

Everything looks great. I appreciate being able to have the team enter Even if I must be gone. Thanks team.

The cleaners did a great job! Tay and Sedin always take the time needed to ensure the place looks clean and refreshed. Nice to come home to this. Thanks so much!

Once again a very nice job from Elsie and Maria today. Very friendly and thorough!

Ladies always do a good job. Very pleased and will recommend.

Kelly, Sam and Jasmine did a great job cleaning my home today. I was impressed with how quickly they knocked it out. I highly recommend this team and The Cleaning Authority and owner Joe Roth!

Our specific TCA team along with the owner Joe are wonderful people. They are kind, accommodating and after a couple of small bumps (no fault of theirs) in the beginning, we're experiencing great service and a clean house with regular cleanings. The team works hard, is kind to my dog, and is always welcome back.

Abbey was wonderful and she’s so much fun to chat with.
She gave up her Saturday morning to clean our home today and now our home is very spic&span..
I’d like to have Abbey every time please.

First time using The Cleaning Authority and the ladies did a FABULOUS JOB!!!

TCA cleaning staff always do a thorough, wonderful job for us. They are always pleasant and attentive to detail. Thank you!

Had 2 wonderful gals clean today! House looks great! I so appreciate them! Kim and Gloria are the best!

The whole team at cleaning authority was great! Jared responded so fast and we were able to get on the books for a deep clean. Nereida and Abbey were our cleaners and they were prompt and did an awesome job getting our house ready to sell.

When Colleen is with the team everything is perfect! She goes up and beyond to ensure the job is done right. I can hear her coaching the others on how to do things correctly. She is the best!

Kelly? She does a great job of training the other cleaners. This bunch asked questions and did a great job. Thanks 😊

Last minute, our situation changed and we needed cleaners to clean our townhome that we were moving out of. Joe was quick to respond, got a crew out just a couple days later, and they were quick, efficient, and thorough. I highly recommend this crew for your cleaning needs!
