I had called another company and a week or so later they were just ghost so my daughters mother in law recommended Ark City Service 2 days later they were there serviced my system replaced a small piece and adjusted my wall thermostat very good price now my unit blows colder then before i will recommend them to anyone

Our Air Conditioning went out within 1 hour of calling them they came. He quickly fixed our Air conditioner. The man was friendly and had the parts on his truck. Thank you for fixing us up. If we have any other air conditioning issues we will call you.

Oh I would definitely recommend this company, had interaction with 4 employees and everyone of them were friendly and helpful. I love the fact that they were so efficient and installed a new ac unit for me, cheaper than other estimates too.

Called Ark City Service first thing in the morning on July 5th as my air conditioner stopped working later in the afternoon on July 4th. They came out as soon as they could and when the technician got there he got right on it and had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. Good Job guys! Keep up the good work.

Yeah we called them and they came out the same day and fixed our problem. The service tech Adam was very polite and manually and professional I'd recommend them to anybody . Cost was very reasonable.

I starting using Ark City Service to perform maintenance on my air conditioner and heater. They have since replaced a unit for me and I have had good experiences every time. We priced systems from several companies, and AC Service not only offered us an outstanding deal but also worked with us with some special installation needs. Just had AC SERVICE out in June 2023. My old unit was 22 yrs old and wasn't working as it should. I called AC SERVICE, spoke to Adam, gave him details of what was going on. He asked for my address and arrived at my house within 15 mins!! He was and has been, each time we speak, VERY professional & knowledgeable about AC/FURNACE Units. I told him to give me a bid on both units. I had the quote within an hour. I gave him the "ok" to order the units.

I figured it would take a few weeks before I could get it installed, due to having it shipped and then installed. I was wrong!! They received it and were able to install it the very next week! The installer was VERY professional too! He arrived at 9am and was leaving at 5pm.

I love my new unit! It's quiet and doesn't run 24/7 like my old one did, especially on the hot days we had right after they put it in!
