Kyle and Cody replaced our AC in our house before we sold it. They were nothing but the best. They worked quickly but precisely. Will definitely be using them again for the future.

I emailed them last Wednesday evening (after hours) and they called me the very next morning and came out to repair my ac unit. Unfortunately it was not able to be repaired, but I did have a brand new unit installed only a week later. I would definitely recommend using them.

So pleased with my new affiliation with A & H Air Conditioning and Heating! Came and gave me a bid on a Monday, installed that same week on Friday. Courteous and left the area clean. Thanks!

A&H responded quickly to our request for service. William was very polite and knowledgeable. In fact our dog, who normally barks at all delivery and service people, didn't have a problem with William.

A keeper. I recently moved into an older home with a somewhat recently installed furnace. The furnace had a bad exhaust fan so I called another company who came out and inspected it. After charging almost $80 for the inspection they tell me they don't have the part to fix it. So I called A&H. The tech suggested that I contact the manufacturer to see if there was a warranty on the furnace and the company indicated the furnace was out of warranty.

A&H, on their own contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and pointed out that based on their records the furnace should still be under warranty!! I ended up only paying for labor which I was glad to pay since the tech was a 1st-rate professional. Not only that but A&H helped transfer the warranty from the original owner to my name.

A&H was right on time and very professional. We had a new heat pump system installed. They answered all questions that we had and were very well informed. They went above and beyond what they needed to do.
We were very happy with their service!

A&H Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing saves the day again!!! During this last winter freeze, our drain froze in our house. When the washer drained, water went everywhere. Tina had someone here in less than 12hours and it was taken care of quickly, very little mess and at an extremely reasonable price!!!! Highly recommend!!! They are so awesome!!!! 🙌🙌🙌

We haven't had good luck finding a HVAC company since moving to Lawrence. Two weeks ago our furnace went out. We called A&H. They came out and determined the motherboard went bad. Said it would likely take 2 to 3 days to get it replaced. They came out the very next day with a replacement.

The technician was nice, courteous, and took the time to answer our questions. A&H is who we will use going forward.

From start to finish, A & H was extremely professional and thorough. I used their services for both a furnace installation as well as A/C. Ryan and Levi were the techs at my home. They were prompt, courteous and respectful. Great work from all involved!

Nathan was very conscientious about cleaning up after the work was done. He was up front about pricing and what he expected the problem to be (tree roots in the sewer line). He also unplugged one of our slow draining sinks and showed what to do if the sinks plugs up again. He gave us a couple of quotes on a new hot water heater that was thousands below the other quote we had received. We will request him next time we need service.

Each employee was super courteous, knowledgeable, and hard working. Replacing our HVAC during peak temps was not our choice. A&H made it the most comfortable possible.

The plumbers have serviced us a lot. We are so thankful having them taking care of us. And even clean up there messes. We are also grateful to the heating and air guys taking care of us , doing a great job. Thank you A&H.

Baldwin City Fire Department was in need of a timely installation of heating units in the bay where our trucks are parked. During the cold months it is important to keep these trucks from freezing so we can provide emergency services to those who need it. A&H was understanding and knew the importance of such a time frame. Our units were installed in time with no freezing to worry about. All the staff were helpful from office to installers alike. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommend!

A&H Air Conditioning and Heating removed and disposed of my old HVAC system and installed a new Carrier AC and a new Carrier Furnace. The HVAC technicians that installed my new Heating and Air Conditioning system were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job installing my new system and answered any questions I had. The new system looks great and is working fine with no problems. I have been a customer of A&H Heating and Air Conditioning for over 6 years and have used their planned service agreement (PSA) every year for dependable inspections and repairs as needed. I will continue to use their PSA program for continued inspections to keep my new equipment running at it's peak performance. All of the staff at A&H have been wonderful to work with and very helpful in getting this new system installed. Thank you to all the staff at A&H for this new system.

Very poor service...actually no service! We had several plumbing-related items that needed to be assessed and fixed. They did not fix any of the items...nor did they really seem interested in fixing anything. But, we were still charged for ' Plumbing Repair & Replacement Labor' on the invoice. Neither of which were completed. I have never written a bad review until now...that is how unhappy I am with this company!

We've been using A&H's service since we bought our home 5 years ago. We had to purchase a new A/C unit in May and we had great technicians and a great experience. While we were waiting for the new unit to come in they came by and installed a window unit so that we would be more comfortable. A&H is very helpful and responsive and I would recommend them to anyone!
