All I can say is wow! My A/C was fixed in a jiffy, they are professional, fast and the quality of his work is un matched. I had tons of work done on my A/C prior to them coming and the others would only patch up the work, he told me what I needed and helped me find the perfect Ac for my house. They are truly Elite. In the dead of winter he made time to make sure my heater was working properly and you can tell he truly enjoys his job.. I never leave reviews Elite heating and cooling is all I will ever use.

Rocky and his sons were incredible to work with on the installation of my new system. These guys are professional, they put the customer first, and they are great at what they do.

He arrived exactly on time, quickly confirmed the problem and fixed it. After waiting almost a month with the other companies he was in and out in just over an hour. And our AC is working again!! I have an Old Republic Home Warranty on an investment property and I called Old Republic several days ago for a service call on a faulty furnace and they sent out A1Complete Heating that came out at the end of the day and said the furnace needed a filter change and left. The tenants were getting up to a house at 55 degrees when it was super cold out and I called A1 and they told me there was a safety mechanism on the furnace to shut it off if its running too long and there was nothing wrong with the heater that this was happening all over the city. This went on for several days and I called Old Republic and asked them to send out a different vendor and they send out Elite heating and air. Rocky called me ahead of time and I talked through how the furnace was not running all the time and he told me over the phone what he thought it was and when he arrived the furnace was repaired in literally 15 minutes and running like a charm, the tenants were very happy and so was I. Rocky was on time, knowledgeable, professional and explained exactly what was wrong. If I need an HVAC person, I will definitely request Elite Heating and Air. Thank you Rocky!

We weren’t asked to do a review like many companies ask, but since we had such an outstanding experience, I asked them where I could review as I hope Elite receives more business from others who are like us and don’t want overpriced, under-delivered, long delays, and extra hidden surprise costs w/ big-name companies who charge more to spend your money on big advertising.
Rocky w/ Elite is a top-notch professional, thorough, very good pricing, great communication & response time especially to answer all questions in a way we could understand, and very flexible to quickly come to our house and to explain in detail the issues and options w/ pros & cons of fixing or replacing our ancient & failing system, and fast to deliver services exactly as promised with no weird fine print and no surprises.
I won’t ever call one of the other big names where I would unnecessarily fork over on overpriced service again because Rocky w/ Elite is my #1 choice to call from now on.

Thoroughly impressed with Rocky's responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. My AC went out and he came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem while also answering the questions I had on the solution, explaining what I did or did not need related to a ful HVAC replacement. I had a very large HVAC company come out to try and fix an issue with my system. After quoting me, and trying to get me to spend 13k for a new one, I decided to get another opinion and called Rocky. Rocky fit me into his schedule the day I called, and fixed my AC for absolutely nothing. He was so honest, and I will never call anyone else.

Rocky was awesome. Called after getting service ticket from warranty company. Showed up in 20 minutes, ordered/picked up part from Lennox and got everything back up and running well inside two hours. Would absolutely hire again for any and all HVAC needs.

Cannot recommend them enough! Found them through our home warranty and now call on them ourselves. Rocky (the owner) is so responsive and incredibly helpful. Very quick to respond, communicates and is punctual. They also use a program that will tell you when to expect your technician. Not only does he figure out the problem but teaches you what you can do to better maintain your system as well.

Rocky and Anthony came out this morning to fix my furnace. They were both super nice and extremely informative about what was going on. I ended up having a dead bird in my system somehow. I had my system originally installed by Neal Harris. Trying to get them to come out was an absolute nightmare. So I just called my home warranty company and they referred me to Elite. Rocky came out the day after I talked to him. Thank you guys so much for making this so easy. I now have a heating and air company to use that I can trust.

Kc Elite is the best. Rocky was pretty busy, but fit is into his schedule. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he has fixed out heating and cooling when other businesses had no clue. Definitely recommend him to everyone and cannot say enough great things about this business.

I first discovered Rocky due to my home warranty service. My home warranty was not great as I had to do a number of things to the home with a different company each time even if it was the same issue. However, getting Rocky on an AC call was amazing. Was honest and fixed the issue then and there. Each time he is out (as I have used him ever since) he is a pleasure to talk with and very professional. My happiest moment was when we were having major issues with our heater just before the horrible midwest cold spell in early 2021. Rocky came out and was able to fix it in an hour and our heater worked perfectly all through sub zero temps and it has worked ever since. Would recommend him and his business to all my friends and family,

The overall experience was great. From the time I filed a claim on the Home Warranty's website, I received an immediate call from Elite Heating and Air. They were able to get a technician out quickly, considering the recent drop in temperatures which I'm sure has kept them busy. The person scheduling the appointment was pleasant and friendly. Rocky arrived at the expected time. He was pleasant, personable and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of the process. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely use this company and this technician in the future!

Rocky is SO incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond. We worked with him through our warranty people and set up our case at 9pm and I was able to contact him that night to set up a time for him to come look at our furnace the next morning. He arrived on time and continued to follow up. Can’t say enough good things. Great work quality, very professional, and very responsive - all important qualities to my wife and i. Thanks Rocky! My AC went out and Rocky and his team went over and above with their customer service and getting a new unit installed before the KC heat comes. Truly a stress free and professional experience. Highly recommend!

Anthony was punctual and friendly, but the company gave up on our AC unit after a couple trips out. I would recommend asking for Anthony, but suggest looking elsewhere if you have a homeowners warranty because KC Elite will not go above and beyond.

Great company, fast service and quality work! They came out and performed maintenance on our AC unit. Since then our system has been running more efficiently (on average 22% less energy daily). During this heatwave, that's incredible!

Really like the value and the integrity of Delta T. Had them out recently and needed them back for an emergency fix. The service was great, the tech was professional and honest. They also got my Nest thermostat working properly on a heat pump when three other techs at another company in town couldn’t figure it out. I highly recommend this company.
