I was buying a new home and Mike Crosby and his team came out and inspected the Septic tank. After finding a crack in the tank they gave the seller and myself a bid to have the tank replaced. After I closed on the house - Crosby and his team came out 3 days in a row working on the removal and install of my new tank. Each day I was texted to remind me they were coming the next day, they arrived on time, and were always very professional. Each evening, the area was marked well with caution tape and I was give updated on the status of the project.
The weekend following the install we had a big rain - Dustin came out on a SUNDAY and made sure that nothing got washed out. Above and beyond what was expected.
2 weeks after the install, giving the ground time to settle they came back out - packed down the ground and put down new asphalt. The excess dirt was moved to a "pit" down hill from the new tank, filling it in and making it all look 1000 times better.
I am so grateful to everyone at the Crosby plumbing team.
I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for any job.

I came home to a flooded house and Crosby was quick to respond even though I was a new customer. The team came out and worked diligently to diagnose the problem then made sure I had a temporary fix to allow time to work out the coverage with my insurance. Once that was sorted out, Crosby was right back out there repairing the damaged pipe. Crosby Plumbing did a great job when replacing our old main drain line for our home. Worked hard to minimize loss of service and disrupt the household. All of the crew were good to work with. When they had to adjust their original plans, they did their best to coordinate with another company to both control costs and minimize disruption. Highly recommend Crosby Plumbing.

Jason was the plumber that came out. He was quick to diagnose the problem with our macerating toilet. As we suspected it was done and needed to be replaced. He was straight forward about the replacement process as it is literally plug and play we installed the original so at his suggestion we were able to order another one. Crosby Plumbing are the best. From office personnel to the techs, they are the best. Used them for variety of things over the years, from a full septic replacement system, to a faucet replacement. Honest, trustworthy, great work ethics, A+++++.

Leaking frost free hose spigot that froze up, splitting the copper pipe, had to be replaced. Plumber arrived as arranged. Had estimate immediately that seemed reasonable and I approved the job. Work began immediately and within an hour was completed better than before. Plumber was efficient and friendly. I have used them before and I recommend Crosby Plumbing as a good choice for plumbing needs.

I wanted them to do a perk test and design a septic system for our new property. Their communication is terrible and cancelled on me twice for weather, and the girls in the office who answer the phone acted like it was obvious that the weather caused the cancellation. I get it, it snowed, fair enough. The trouble is that everybody knew it was going to snow yet they cancelled on me on the morning of the test after I'd already spent half an hour in traffic and was on the way to the property. Nobody told me the test was weather dependent. They rescheduled for another time and I asked specifically if they could let me know the day before if conditions weren't good enough for the test on that day. They cancelled the appointment again on the morning of because conditions weren't right - after I'd spent half an hour in traffic. They didn't call the day before as I'd asked. They rescheduled the appointment again. I received a text this morning telling me to be at the property tomorrow. I had no idea what time, nor if I could be sure they'd show up. I called the office to get some clarification about what was going on and the girl couldn't stop talking over me. She would not let me get a word in. She started off with saying "oh yeah, so and so said you couldn't do it tomorrow anyway" What? I called because I wanted to talk to the person actually coming to dig the holes to do the test to get a better understanding of what is involved, if they'd actually show up this time and give them my number in case they needed to cancel because conditions weren't right or whatever. The girl on the phone couldn't stop talking over me long enough to hear me. I had enough and hung up.

If they can't stop talking long enough to listen, or be respectful of me and my time, there's no way I'm going to engage them for a potentially $30,000 septic system project.

If you have anything more than a clogged drain, my impression is that this is not the company you want to work with.

Whenever my home has experienced any plumbing issues I always do my best to tackle the issue myself. But whenever those issues have surpassed my somewhat limited abilities I have called Crosby. By the time I get them involved I know I’m going to be spending some money. So it is reassuring to know that I’m not going to be taken advantage of and that the job will be done right. At this point I don’t even consider calling another plumber. I’d recommend the same for anyone else in need of one.
